This store is riddled with employees with attitude. Never have I met a pleasant employee in this store besides the blonde lady (I’m assuming a manager?) and the older black male gentleman. You’re treated like you’re a nuisance to them because you’re looking at what they’ve put out, even though that is literally their job?? I’m remodeling my home and go around twice a week to see what’s new, however the environment never changes. I understand it is retail and customers can be rough, but for the staff to give absolute HORRIBLE customer service is ridiculous. My receipt was basically thrown at me tonight. Shop online and save yourself the hassle.

My twin sister and I went to Home Goods in Augusta last Wednesday and I had a mishap in the garden area. I saw a wrought iron, tiled collapsable table and I picked it up to see how it closed and it closed on my thumb. Thanks heavens my sister was there because I couldn't get it open myself. I immediately went to a employee and asked her if she could get me some ice to put on my thumb, by that time it was purple and swollen. She called for a Manager to come over. The Manager showed up about 5 minutes later and said "They only have alcohol and bandaids and couldn't help me." Sad, sad, sad....They just walked away and DID NOTHING.

They had a nice selection of a lot of different items. I found a very nice picture for my bedroom and some needed decoration for my kitchen.

I've been to lots of HomeGoods and this one did not disappoint. Great selections all over the store...lots of bedding, household items and indoor/outdoor patio & summer decor. Will visit this store again?

I love this place with all of its treasures. They have unique items to decorate your home and also kitchen tools that you may not find anywhere else. The furniture they sell is usually one of a kind and after buying it you may not see it in anyone else's home which I love. The cashier's are very friendly and the people on the floor are extremely helpful. It smells good in the store and always has a comfortable temperature. The store is arranged so beautifully that even if you came in for a can opener you'd be compelled to stay longer and walk down every isle and purchase more. Women if you are in need of shop therapy this is the place!
