This location on Washington Rd in Augusta always has good finds. If you're ever in town be sure to go to this one.

Great place for a husband and wife shopping together! There are numerous comfy chairs for me to sit in while my wife wanders all over the large store looking for interesting items for our home.

1. Messy. 2. The manager at this location was awful. She pushed passed my friend, 7 months pregnant, in a crowded aisle yelling that she was paged at the front and needed to get by and for everyone to move. Could have been done a little nicer. She then proceeded to follow my friend out of the store later and crash a cart into the return behind her and huff and puff because my friend wouldn’t grab said cart and put it away for her. Mind you, this cart was not my friend’s cart to begin with…Awful attitude.

Interesting place to visit, but shelves are too packed, and prices high. Employees are very nice and helpful. My cashier gave me two coins that were unrecognizable. I looked at them, then back to her. She just stirred me down. I left them on the counter and walked away. She quickly retrieved them, not wanting the next customer to see them. Please don't treat senior citizens this way..

I love shopping at this store. I always find so many things I never knew I needed. I have always had a good experience when interacting with employees. The only negative comment I will make is that the aisles of the store sometimes have product stacked up on carts and that can make it difficult to browse the shelves. It’s not so bad that it will keep me away.

HomeGoods has a pretty random selection of dried and packaged food items and various furniture and household items. You never quite know what you'll get, but if you're willing to shop opportunistically, there's plenty there to be worth considering. I found some shelving that I needed, but predictably ended up with a couple of things, including some discount Jelly Bellys. It's a pretty easy shopping experience without a ton of lines or procedures, so whether they have everything you need or not, it tends not to be a huge waste of time. And you'll probably find something good.

Had a great experience around the store until it was time to checkout. We were greeted by a friendly worker at the cash register. She was resting on a stool in between helping customers. When an older black lady who I assume is her manager began yelling at her for sitting from across the store. Embarrassing the poor young worker. And making us feel uncomfortable as customers. The employee quickly got up and apologized and said her feet were just killing her. The manager preceded to go over and pick the stool up over her head. And rolled her eyes as she walked away telling her she was taking away all temptation. The poor girl was so embarrassed and I felt so bad for her. Whoever that lady is should have no position of authority if that is how she chooses to treat who works under her. All the other employees also told us to have a good day as we walked out. And the manager just looked us up and down and said nothing. The manager made us feel very uncomfortable as customers being that rude to a sweet young lady. There is no reason they should not be able to sit there as they ring items up for customers. Especially since most ladies at the register were much older.
