When I arrived, they couldn’t find my appointment , NOBODY notified me that the person I was seeing was sick and I was assigned another person whom my husband and I didn’t understand and he couldn’t understand what we wanted and needed. To top it all the man at the check out window was so rude and not helpful at all. It was a very unpleasant experience. Never again!

I have been going to H&R Block for years. I went to one H&R Block years ago and they told me I owed them money. A friend of mine told me I needed to see his tax lady at H&R Block on Wrightsboro Road Augusta Georgia I made an appointment with JR she was so sweet and she got me back money I've been going to her ever since. This year I was on crutches when I came in she felt so bad when I left she wheeled me out in her chair. Then she made sure I got in my car okay I would recommend her to anyone.
