The store itself is fine, but if you need a cop you have come to the right place, or if you have change to get rid of, no shortage of vagrants inside and outside that will follow you as you shop and even help you load up your car after, for 75 cents! But really the police presence at all times is unreal, shouldn't iga have to hire a security company? No less than 2 cops on the property at all times usually more, they park their cop cars right in front of the doors. Otherwise great store if you don't want to go into Walmart.

The woman at the checkout gave me the silent treatment and just threw my groceries into my bags. Bad attitude, bad customer service. Would give my experience zero stars if I could.

Iga has bad customer service I ask a women for some tobacco products she kept on typing on her phone and told me the other girl would get it she’s standing right there the fruit and vegetables are alway bad with insects flying around it the meat is very over priced south Augusta do better for your customers

Very getto employees yelling at each other and very unprofessionally dressed but it's in scarves on head while at the register management bottom of the totem pole I will not shop at this establishment ever again

It was alright, the cart that's for the handicap people to ride they had two that wasn't working. Those are things they should keep a check on. Lines wasn't long they actually have cashier checking you out ??

IGA employees need to realize the customers make their business.The customer service counter is awful,Staff doesn't even speak to you,and they never answer the phone.I do not go as often as I used to .Tired of The Ghetto experience.

Stopped by to get a few things on my way home from hospital. 2 kids were playing with the handicap scooter's inside the store... racing up and down aisles. Went to vegetable section to buy some carrots...the carrots were wet and black mold growing on them. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN.!!!!!!!

Clean store, easy to find what you are looking for. I visited this store and I was truly amazed. They had 4 registers open and customer service was taking customers with 10 items or less. Walmart less than a mile away has 1 register open and my wife waited in line 40 minutes to checkout. Bigger is definitely not better.
