And like a good neighbor, they are there. Either get your insurance from them or if you already have state farm, transfer to them. The golf tee swags were my favorite, great for hitting my golf balls.”

“Have been a customer for over 40 yrs. Have always been satisfied having them insure my cars,and home. Paid the rising payments over the years . But now don't seem to care about their customers anymore. I was told by Mr. Brantley himself just keep up with my recites and spending after the Hurricane that they would make things right ! That was apparently a lie cause When I went to turn in these recites then the story changed ! Have had two different appts.supposely to look at my damage (Adjusters) whom both never called to cancel just didn't show up !! This tells me they have no intention of helping me out . Been told my deductible would cover it but that is so wrong !! No Deductible should be even entered in a case of Act of God .! You people should be ashamed of yourselves. We're a elderly couple and this has been a nightmare my husband is disabled and all the hoops I've had to do then be treated this way is just Wrong. Changes are a coming. 12/1 Edit review. I am so happy for State Farm insurance reaching out to me after my angry review. I'm sorry for maybe not giving them enough time to get to me. So many people hurting after the Hurricane and we were too. State Farm went beyond my expectations and restored my trust in them and will be a customer for life. They were so understanding and helpful I will never forget their Kindness. Thank You so much.”

As a Vietnam Veteran, and having friends at the CEO or Treasurer's level I could have easily gone to USAA, John Hancock, or LibertyMutual.I didn't because I get great service and advice from Chris, And I get great service from State Farm! We have gone from just car, to car and house, to car house and retirement services.Both Chris and State Farm have gone over and above to take care of our insurance needs, and I will be client and customer for a good long time. In fact I will be picking up another Classic Mercedes and possibly a rental property to add to our coverage. Because we TRUST what we get from this agent and his company.”

My agent Karissa Rodriguez was wonderful and also her boss. They both tried their best to help me out. My review was directed at all states main office and the terrible service I received and did not receive from them. They were useless. Again. I give the local office and Karissa Rodriguez and her boss a 5 star review. They worked as hard as they could to get things straightened out and provide me with answers to my questions. Again, that first review was only for the main office for all state.Not for the office located in augusta georgia on wheeler road and not directed towards Karissa Rodriguez and her boss.
