Great sale in home department. End of season shopping

I used to shop a good bit at this store but don't anymore. There are so many reasons why stores don't make it in the business industry. I went to look at earrings and then headed upstairs to look at ladies pajamas and stopped by the undergarments section and noticed a man ( rather unkept and possibly homeless) walking around the store and finally stopped and stared at me directly as I looked away and kept walking I seen him following closer behind me so I kept walking and walked right on out the door by the return counter. I did pass 2 employees on my way before I got to the returns section so perhaps that stopped his mischief. There's safety in numbers at the mall anymore. No longer feel safe there and walked out not buying anything because of it.

They are breaking this law for the disabled bc their excavators are broken and there's no place for the disabled people to get from upstairs to downstairs or vice versa and it's called "architectural barrier" or a "barrier to accessibility" under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines. I'm filing a complaint on them.

I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to the lovely salon lady, whose name I think is Linda. She came out of the salon today as I was struggling to figure out how to get all my purchases to my car with my little ones in tow. She kindly offered to bring my purchases to my car for me and it was so appreciated!! Thank you thank you!!

Nice courteous staff and was very helpful in helping me find what I needed, the nice gentleman who checked me out helped me apply for my card I wish they would put the name on the receipt of the staff member so I could give him a personal review. will be visiting more often! 😊

I went to the salon on 12/20/24 and receive nothing less than greatness. My stylist Michelle was presented with a style and executed to perfection. I will definitely be going back and enjoy having her style many more hairstyles.

The elevator and up escalator isn't working. Customers have to go into the mall and use the elevator/escalator to go to the second floor.

An associate in this store was ringing me up and instead of using my current JCPenney Mastercard on file, they had me put information in, stating it was an update, when in actuality, she opened up a whole other credit card on July 29, 2024. That put an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit, against my consent. Now, I am having to go through lengths, taking more of my time to dispute a card that was never supposed to be applied for. Please be mindful when giving this location your information to avoid fraudulent activity on your credit.
