“I had been putting off taking my watch in to be repaired because experience has taught me that things like this are a hassle. Not only was it not a hassle, Windsor made it a wonderful experience. I fully expected to have to leave the watch, but the band was repaired and the battery was replaced while I waited. They even cleaned it without me asking and at no charge. Did I mention this took place just before closing time? I have heard great things about Windsor over the years, but the friendliness, professionalism and service of everyone in the store far exceeded anything, I could have possibly imagined. Windsor is simply the best!”

“Sooo, I got engaged January 4, 2025. And my fiancée placed the most beautiful ring, on my finger after he proposed. I have never taken that ring off my finger since that day. Suddenly on August 2nd, I felt something scratchy on the palm side of my ring finger. I looked and the ring was broken. I video called my fiancée and told him, and he told me to take it to Jared’s. I did, & the promised to have it ready for me the Monday, August 4th. I couldn’t get off work on time so I picked it up Tuesday, August 4th. In the store, I didn’t notice anything; but once I made it back to work, while still in the car finishing my sandwich, I noticed that it wasn’t quite prepared and I could still see a small break on the side and also that it thinned out on one side. So I took it back the following day; they told me it would be ready for pick-up by Friday, August 8th. The AGM Joshua Daniels called and spoke with my fiancée, and asked permission to replace my ring with a brand new one, he agreed, and when I got there on lunch break to pick it up, it was definitely a brand new, exact replica of the one he proposed to me with… though I was sentimentally tied to the broken one, my new one is exactly the same. I must say, that my personal experience with this store’s sales clerks/personnel was awesome… everyone there had very pleasant attitudes and greeted me with smiles, made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer, and Mr Daniels went above what I consider 5-Star service, when it came to making me happy with my ring. My future husband was very, very pleased. Thank You Jared’s of Augusta staff! You still hold the record of being “Top of the Line” in jewelry with Exceptional, Aim to Please Service! “The staff were very helpful, and got to me within minutes of me getting there. The information was extremely helpful. I was not aware how tight the marketability was for rings. My ring was slightly bigger than the normal (11-1/2) and the design did not allow much sizing margin to get it back in the normal “band” (high end at 10-1/2). Unfortunately we were unable to make a deal, but they were very forthcoming with that information out of the gate and I appreciate the honesty. And I learned something! Would definitely recommend to those looking for information about selling a wedding ring.”
“My husband and I had the privilege of working with Kyler today on our visit. I had a watch with clasp issues and that wouldn't stay closed. After a brief interaction w/the first rep, which was also very helpful, professional and friendly(I failed to get her name), she had Kyler to take a look at my watch and he knew immediately what the remedy was to fix it. He got the necessary tools and within five minutes, I was out the door. He was very professional and kept us engaged during the entire visit. If you need repair services, I highly recommend this location. I now have a permanent jewelery shop for my future repairs, if needed, plus any future purchases that I may need to make. Overall, we had a GREAT visit and I LOVE my watch again.?”

“I always have a great experience in this store! I wish I had gotten the young lady's name today but she was a lovely young lady and very, very sweet with an awesome smile. She was just clocking in and the store wasn't terribly busy but all the other were associates were helping other customers at the time (both of which greeted me when I walked in with smiles and assurance I would be helped as soon as possible). The young lady that ended up assisting me walked in grabbed a tablet and jumped right in to assist. I had an exchange from an online purchase and she handled it with a smile as did the other associate that had finished up with her customer.
