This is one of the best heating and air supply places in Augusta real friendly respectful employees I would have to give it a 5 or more on the rating have no complaints they have always done me right and they have always worked with me when I took apart back to warranty no problems

Avoid this place. I have purchased several items here in the past but yesterday was different. After purchasing a capacitor for a fan motor (in the store 10 minutes earlier) and that not correcting my problem, I tried to purchase a fan motor. I was told that without an account, I could not purchase a motor. They have had no issues selling to me in the past (even without a refrigeration license). Take your business to Baker distributing. They will take care of you.

Worst customer service ever. I’m not from Augusta I shop at Johnstone all the time. I went to the Augusta Johnstone and had the rudest treatment ever. Scott Strickland clearly does not know how to ring up a part.

If i could give this store a zero i would i drove an hour to come here to buy a part they could not help me then i said ill give it another try so i went back later only to find out that they will only sell a part to you if you are a licensed contractor and on top of that they were very rude to me
