i took my senior pictures in the summer and the whole experience was weird all my pictures i look very stiff in cause of the poses . They kept touching my hair when i told them not too . The guy who took the cap and gown pictures was very weird he kept calling me good girl and made comments on how the gown lines wouldn’t be straight cause of my breast . when i had gotten my pictures they look horrendous i don’t even look like me in the pictures . Then whatever they used to proof them i look orangey and very pale in them . If you’re a school please us a different company . This is when seniors are excited this should what they experience as the first part of their senior year especially when that picture is gonna be in the yearbook forever .

I gave one star because would not let me give 0. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Due to their incompetence my child’s cap and gown was delivered when they stated in writing it would be. I truly believe they are still in business because school gives you no other option but they should be ashamed by the lack of attention and compassion if it can be avoided I say do not trust them with your your precious life events

I am very disappointed with the way my son’s letterman’s jacket was handled, I believe it was totally unacceptable!!! First, the wrong card number was used back in December to process the order and I was not contacted about the issue, even after making school visits. Next, the worker who was in charge of jackets did not follow up with my phone calls or emails. I was promised that my son’s jacket would be expedited 2 weeks ago and it still isn’t here. My son is a senior and it is basically spring. It will be too hot to wear the jacket. I am not pleased with the poor level of customer service I received. I personally believe that I should receive some type of compensation/ reimbursement for the confusion and poor customer service that I was shown!!!

I called today to let them know I was coming by to pick up my son's class ring, was told ok we will pull it for you we close at 5,, got here at 4:24, no one will come to the door, have been calling no answer,, you close at 5 so where is everyone? I told them I was coming stright from work here ,, you didn't have enough respect to even tell me you were leaving early..

The RUDEST pack of witches I have come across in a very long time. I can only imagine how they handle the students without adult supervision.I pray we have some competition to SHUT them down real soon.

Each time I have to call there...they are very rude and dismissive. Because of covid we have been unable to order my son's cap and gown at the school...when I called there the lady was very rude and not helpful at all..I wish there were other companies in this area...and to think I will have to go through this again next year!!

I thought I was the only who had issues with these people rude, nasty, unprofessional. It's crazy that your kids go to get free education but have to pay hundreds of dollars to these people for non quality cap and gown. And a piece of paper. Who by the way after my daughter paid amount in full tried to charge addt. Funds and still have not received Diploma. Disgraceful...it's been 2 yrs...yes 2yrs. They are holding my daughter's diploma hostage. They are Extortionist!!

It is unfortunate that I feel compelled to write this..... as a parent I sent my child to school with a full payment for his cap and gown and other accessories totaling $190.00. Now to receive a balance invoice of $195.00 for additional items that I did not order. Jostens claims that they rewrite the order forms when they get to the school? Why... so now I have to pay the additional amount or we won’t receive his cap and gown. To say is am disappointed and angry is an understatement. Who would think that a company will take advantage of people that way. Lesson learned. Jostens will never get any of my business again and I will be sure to let others know about this.

Totally deshonest. They altered my son cap and gown order, to be able to charge me extra for items that were not ordered.
