My boyfriend and I bought 2 pairs of vans. My shoes fit me a bit small by the end of 1 day so I came back to exchange for a bigger size. When I came back LANI the STORE MANAGET decided not to exchange them even though the reciept has a 365 days policy to return. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM! WHAT A SCAM!

I have never experienced anything like this before. I tried to return a pair of shoes for a refund with receipt and was accused of having worn them. The shoes were in perfect condition and the only time that I tried them on was in the store. I was shocked. I was told that I could only exchange them for another pair. If the shoes had been worn as I was told which was so untrue, then how can you exchange them for another pair of shoes in the store? Something is not right. This is a tactic to keep your money!

Journeys Augusta Mall Location. I purchased two pair of UGG boots, informed the sales clerk it will be two separate transactions. We get to the register, she rings up the first pair, I give her the coupon. She begins to ring the second pair I told her two separate transactions again she says ok. Here comes the Manager Hannah, you need to present your coupons first. My reply how’s that when it’s two separate transactions? Hannah says, that’s not how our system works.

Bad customer service on the managers end. Bought shoes and tried to exchange them the next day for the right size because they were the wrong size. The woman took one look at them and refused to exchange even though they were in PERFECT brand new condition. Just bought. Still had the tags and wrapping on them. Now I have to exchange them through the mail because they are $90 shoes. A waste of time and money.
