Love Kirkland and sometimes the good sale items.
However I wish the candles and room fragrances smelled better.
I really wish there was more wall decor to choose from for people who like more color and not farmhouse stuff

Lovely store that also smells good when you walk in. Cashier was friendly & helpful but manager was beyond Rude. There was a nice Wall decor with a wreath attached to it that had seen its best day. Only price tag visible was for $69.99. There was a 20% sale store wide, so should have been $55.99. The register rang up at $89.99, which with the 20% off would be $71.99. I told cashier about the price tag & she got the manager who was beyond rude & said it would be $89.99. I said that was wrong but if she adjusted to the $69.99 I would be happy ($2 off). Manager rudely said no & went to another register. If my wife had not fallen in love with the wall decor I would have left & never to return. We did make purchase but will NEVER go back - over a $2 difference because she was so so so rude!

I ordered items online and recieved 1 email from the company stating my items would be in store within 11-14 days. After 10 days of zero communication from the store, I called customer service to check on my order (I tried online for 15 min but kept being rerouted to a page the supposedely does not exist for Kirklands as I got error messages every time I tried to get to the Order status page). Finally spoke to customer service that said my order wasn't going to take 11-14 days like the email said, but 2 hours. Since I didn't go pick it up, the order was cancelled. Apparently the notice of the items being ready to pick up didn't come to my normal email address even tho the first one did but instead went to my "promotional email" folder.
Email communication from the company was terrible since I was expecting it to take 11-14 days per the email I recieved. Speaking to customer service was a joke and got zero help from them as well.
I don't typically shop and Kirklands and I certainly won't start now.

Never been to a Kirkland before. Such a wonderful experience. They have lots of decor, furniture and kitchen items. The staff were kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back but my wallet can lol.

First time I've been in a Kirklands since I was a kid and it's just like I remember with the awesome smells and holiday decorations.
