I made my first visit to KNIGHTS yesterday (08/17/24). I wasn't sure what to expect but I was very pleased with the Southern Hospitality and the Cheese & Beer Sausages. At first I thought they'd taste like any other Johnsonville or Hillshire brat laiden with sage and tasting like a typical American sausage. But I was wrong. The Cheese & Beer sausage might very well be one of the tastiest sausages I've had in my 61 years of living. I grilled two last night and I baked the remaining 4 in the oven this morning. I think grilling them took the winning Blue Ribbon.

Have been looking for Stew Beef for awhile where we live with no luck. Looked up the address before going to bed. Got there an told them what I was looking for. Wasn't sure how much I would need, any was shown the different trays. Came out with 10lbs of the best looking Stew Beef!! Can't beat the Price!!!! My Easter Dinner is gonna Be Great!!! An YES I WILL BE BACK!!!! EVERYONE SOOO FRIENDLY!!!

I went to Knights to buy some beef sausage and pork sausage which I'm bringing to my brother and father in San Francisco not only did they have what I wanted Nikki the owner made some summer sausages at a extremely reasonable price. They will be a surprise to my pop's as I'm at the airport now heading to San Francisco. Great service and friendly staff. Thanks so much

I drive from Atlanta to shop Knights Meat. It is worth the ride; fresh meat cut to order; I can’t find a better choice. I do purchase the beef sausage with pork casing. Thru reading reviews I am understanding Mr Lou’s sausage is thru knights, wow. My problem is the Mr. Lou’s my nephew introduced me to looks and taste different, but I would love to purchase a case of the Mr Lou’s opposed to what I have been picking. I can’t wait to visit for my Christmas meat run?

I went in for the first time Thursday after work. It seemed like a limited selection. I bought a pack of ribs and a package of drumsticks. It is Saturday morning, and I opened the package of ribs to a rancid smell and had to throw them out. I'm hoping I don't have a similar experience in a couple of hours with the drumsticks. I won't return here.
