The guy at the fish section not only was gone without notice for a while, in fact people before me walked away. But when I asked for ONE PORTION of Sockeye Salmon, he proceeded to go ahead and try to pack the whole fillet. I said once again that I only want 1 portion, and he said he could not do that????? So what is the point of a fresh fish section if you can’t get one portion or 1/3 of a whole fillet of salmon? We are not talking about dividing one shrimp in half, but a whole fillet. I also understand that working at the fish section might suck, but at least listen and be polite to customers. You could have immediately said that you cannot cut the fish because of ABC reason instead of showing that you don’t even care to put the minimum effort. Proactivity and willingness to learn and communicate is what gets you ahead, not being careless. Good luck selling the whole fillet at once when other Korgers cut it.

Super Bowl Sunday, 7:00 pm and the Washington Rd location has only one cashier working, and only one end of self check out registers open. Do better taking care of your customers, Kroger!

Self checkout “cashiers” are raciest. Refusing to take a state issued id for a beer purchase. I think the supervisor was sick because she had a mask on and shouldn’t be at work infecting people if she didn’t feel well.

You can almost always succeed in your search for things that you would usually find in a supermarket.
When you can't ask another person if they saw it or one of the staff who would certainly take you there.

Worst customer service ever. Bathrooms were dirty, no soap, no paper towels, only 1 stall with toilet paper. Wednesday 1pm.
Only 1 checkout open. 12 people in line. Self checkout backed up. I called for manager to ask if another line could open. Employee came and opened but she didn't direct next in line so people last in line and new people jumped over. We still waited a long long time. Also we had to bag our own groceries as a bag boy in New line stood idle waiting for next groceries in his line. What no '2 baggers' ie handling 2 lines anymore. LOL no going her again.

The produce department was absolutely teeming with fruit flies. The floors were coated in something sticky and the produce quality was terrible. I saw multiple containers of strawberries that had mold, and the honeycrisp apples were bruised. I will not set foot in this store again as I walked out feeling disgusted.

While this is a nice grocery store and their prices are fairly decent, my biggest issue is their shopping carts! How is it that a million-dollar grocery chain has loud, raggedy shopping carts that sound like they need brake pads or an old rickety ice cream truck? Today, it took me 5 carts to find one that didn't rattle loudly or vibrate as I walked through the store. Kroger. I like y'all but PLEASE replace your carts asap.
