Love the locker pick-up for orders. Quick in and out. Larry in tools gives great customer service.

Store associates aren't helpful or professional. They use third party delivery service that's not dependable and lowes doesn't communicate with them adequately. So if there is a discrepancy with your delivery no one takes responsibility for the inconvenience. The prices aren't as low as they used to be.

They need more open registers on a Saturday. I waited in line for about 15 minutes.
There is a good variety of products. It would be helpful if there was a map & directory near the entrance to see what isle you can find what your shopping for (like at the mall).
There were a few times when floor staff were standing by themselves and they could have offered assistance.
Overall a good store though.

2 self checkout registers open or working, with a line of about 8- 10 customers. Hard to find help because half the employees standing around talking or on their cellphone.

I'm not a fan of self checkout. They need to have more actual registers open. Some of the staff are nice and helpful

I used curbside pick up. It worked fine and Khalil was very helpful. My only concern was one of my items won't be available for a week and I wish that was more clear? Prominent? In the text.

Really wish that someone would actually pick up the phone when I call.

Why have a website with locations of products if they don't match. Why have workers if all of them can't help or just stand around doing nothing. Why is there equipment blocking aisles with no one on them or close by.
In my opinion this Lowes should close and a Home Depot be put in its place.

I’m a local contractor and was at the North Augusta Lowe’s.the associate told me that someone was trying to charge my account that Associate and store abided by company policy and procedure. But this peach Orchard Road store allowed someone to purchase $3500 of materials using my company phone number and address as identification. This store has the suspect on camera and Can identify him, but will not allow me or RCSO officer to see the footage. Please be aware that this Lowe’s and all Lowe’s do not take liability for someone coming in and stealing your identity. Furthermore, the store manager refused to talk to me and I was hung up on three times just trying to communicate

It's very annoying when you lose a receipt, and Lowes will not honor your purchase.
They are taking out their thefts on everyone now by not offering ANY returns without receipt, I can say i understand because many people will lose receipts and we are not the ones that cause them problems.
They will not get my business anymore.
* Futhermore, the crazy part the cashier ask me today, do you want your receipt? Wow!?

Poorly managed store. Neither customer service nor curbside pick up answer the phone. I actually called both at the same time and let it ring for 30 minutes. No answer. I walked into the store phone in hand. 3 employees who work at the return / pick up desk were just standing around, chatting, not bothered by the ringing phone.
This store needs management change. To difficult to deal with. Not recommended. If you can, shop somewhere else.
