I will NEVER shop here again. I went in to buy my washing machine I had to run home to get my truck. I get back and I hand my receipt over to the person at the front and they have no clue that I’m there for the washing machine I have already paid for. She finally figures out what I’m there for, and the girl I paid for my washing machine with says she’s not going to go get it because she’s busy. So the woman had to find someone else to do it. We wait 20 more minutes for someone named Andy that’s supposed to be getting it, come to find out Andy was never even getting it. So he resorts to going back to the same girl that said she’s wasn’t going to get it in the first place because she was “too busy”. She then decided she wasn’t too busy and found a whole other worker to go to the back to unload my washer (which should have already been handled since you knew I was coming back because I already paid for it. Overall this took over an hour. Get better workers Lowe’s. I’m sure I am not the only person to feel like this.

had a delivery scheduled for today 03/06/25 and it was never delivered and when I called and talked to this store which is apparently the one it was shipping from they said they would look into it and call back and never did. Update: they finally fixed it after finally being able to get a hold of them

Just left Lowe’s on Bobby Jones paint department with Jacob as the rudest racist salesperson I have encountered in a long time. I selected my paint sample and immediately stood at the order paint here sign-I was the ONLY person in the paint station!! I could see he was working on something so I waited..he never acknowledged me not with a nod a greeting nothing. He then proceeded to assist two other customers who walked up never acknowledging my presents as I stand there! When I then requested help from someone else his response was dismissive and rude. Lowe’s do better with hiring your workers because they need to know how to interact with ALL people. Nevertheless Home Depot is across the street.

There have been multiple days that I’ve had the pleasure of having Chance assist me at Lowe’s. This gentleman goes above and beyond with whatever is needed. Today, specifically, he helped me clarify a situation and I was extremely appreciative of his professionalism and concern for the details. He is a class act employee , in my opinion. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his excellent customer service.

I used to love Lows, but ever since I moved to Augusta, every single one of these is the absolute worst. Just go to Home Depot. It’s completely dirty and if you wanna wait 40 minutes to pick up an order, this is the place to go.

Needed some things for our farm and were able to get what we were looking for, no problem. Plenty of selection to choose from, and decent prices. But they still can't seem to get the Military Discount program working right, though, although we got that discount after manager got involved.

Pleasantly surprised by my recent interaction at this location! I went in for some supplies I needed for my backyard. There was a friendly employee, I believe his name was Kenya. He jumped right in to help me find what I needed. He was kind and knowledgeable. Finally a great experience at the Lowe’s on Bobby Jones expressway! You all finally got it right! Give that man a bump in his pay!

One older lady at the checkout was very nice. The younger one was very rude. She was very unhelpful. I won’t be returning back to that lowes after that experience. 12/28/24. I hope she gets fired
