Came up to visit family and stopped first thing to wash all the dead bugs off the windshield lol
Probably one of the best ive been to results wise. Not to mention Acacia and Nic were a great help while finishing cleaning the car.

Went to go in around 2:45pm and it was blocked off with red cones, i waited 5 minutes to see if they would remove them so i can go in (they weren’t closed they had cars inside) or for a staff to come to me and tell me what to do. I had to back out in a one way and when i got back on the road, low and behold the cones were gone!
Have a sign there to explain what you are doing, its not lunch, its during a rush, and no assistance was given to me.
Besides this, the car wash it self always leaves spots and dirt under reasonable areas that you’d expect to be clean (similar to other peoples negative experiences)

For years I enjoyed lulus, months ago I purchased the 30 day deal to wash my truck anytime during that 30 day period. Found out they started a 19.99 a month membership on me without my knowledge or permission and started deducting that amount every month from my card. That is so underhanded and I will never go there again.

Never seems to be a good day for the employees there. They’re always “too” busy, grouchy, never happy to see anyone and don’t seem to like what they’re doing.

I have always loved Lulu's and didn't even mind the price hike cause of the equipment but today was one of the worst experiences I have ever had there. The lady working the wash was yelling at the car in front of me and yelling at me to back up when I wasn't even at the stop sign yet. Then she stared at me through my window until I rolled it down to tell me to pull up even though she had already told me to stop.

I had a great experience at LuLus on Windsor spring rd. Beans did amazing and even removed a dead bird out of my grill. Super embarrassing for me but she went above and beyond to remove it. Thank you so much!!!
