Very pleasant experience. The whole staff was very friendly and courteous during my car buying journey there. I didn't have any issues with the documentation that I provided. All of the financing options were laid out in detail. The vehicle that I saw online was the same vehicle that I saw in person. I look forward to doing business with this dealership again in the future.

Don, the service representative who assisted us, is professional and attentive and this review does not reflect on his performance or assistance.
We were the third car in line to be serviced. It took 2 hours to have an oil change completed. Is this the norm? After waiting a long time, we ventured out into the service area to inquire about our vehicle and a nice gentleman asked if he could assist us. We asked about our car indicating that it was a red corvette and he said oh yes, that very clean convertible. And we said yes. He then indicated it was being pulled out now so we made our way to Don. He checked us out and let us know where our car was parked. We made our way to our car and as soon as I opened the driver door, I was appalled at the black grease and foot prints that were on our light colored carpet. I immediately returned to ask Don to please come to see something and I asked if there was a policy to put floor mats in while working on cars and he indicated there was. He looked at the carpet in the car and said he would get it cleaned right away. I let him know that we had other things we had to do that day and asked if we could return the following day. He indicated, yes, anytime. So, we returned the following day at 7:15 a.m. and was the 2nd car in line. Unfortunately, Don said that the area that does the detail work doesn't come in until 9:00 or 9:30. We were not prepared to wait that long so we opted to return at that time. When we returned, I asked Don if he could have both sides cleaned for the inconvenience of having to return twice. He said, yes, we can do that. It took a little less than an hour. Now, the carpet is cleaner than when they left it but they certainly didn't outdo themselves. It was a hit and miss job at best. To say that we're disappointed at the lack of respect for our beautiful red Corvette is an understatement. I don't know if we'll return to your dealership. If a mechanic is that sloppy with our car, what does that say about his ability in completing an oil change or any other mechanical work?
I would like to finish this review with this, if every employee was like the ladies who work in the showroom area, you would have five stars to be sure! Especially, the lady who answers the phone. I'm sorry that I did not get her name. There is another lady who works in the front who is very attentive and professional as well. Kudos to your front lobby ladies.

From I called the first time it's was great customer service from start to finish .My sales representative Travis customer service was beyond expectations.he make sure I was comfortable he also uses skills and walk me through each cars I look at so I was able to find a car which fits my budget Sales manager Brian gets my documents approved in a jiffy it was so quick easy Business managers Kamal and Tina were also courteous and finished up with me .I would recommend this company to every person's i know to come to Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet.I am so please i would do advertisment for free.

HOME! When I walked in this dealership as a first time nervous car buyer I felt like I was home. Staff greeted me from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I knew exactly want I wanted. Michael was an EXCELLENT sales person. Not pushy, he gave me space & time to think. He showed me every model of vehicle I wanted to look at, got me the best deal and lastly he was patient. I definitely would recommend this dealership.

Went last Saturday and test drove a car. After a little of back and forth, was told I would need a down payment. My salesperson said that they would hold the vehicle for me, and we set an appointment to come back Monday. That was a 3–4-hour ordeal. Go back Monday and just wanted to drive one more vehicle to make sure the one from Saturday is the one I wanted. We got numbers and figured out that it wouldn't work, so I asked for the original vehicle from Saturday. Long story short, the vehicle was never held, and it was sold as we were there waiting. So, they put me in a similar car. I said OK, let's make it work. 6 hours later, when they were getting to finance through a lender they put in the incorrect mileage, when they corrected it the bank offered them a lower amount that they wouldn't accept, even though they messed up. So, I lost the vehicle I wanted, was lead around in circles with no clear explanation, and left empty handed. I will not be returning to this dealership. 10 hours wasted. Got a call later Monday evening, was offered a older car with higher mileage, "because it should work." But, it has to go through the shop first.

I just recently purchased a used 2020 Chevy Blazer at Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet. Demetrius in the sales department was great. I was there for hours, test driving and trying to make a decision. He was very patient and very helpful. I noticed a squealing noise from the front of the vehicle when braking while driving home. Again Demetrius was very helpful with the process of getting someone in the service dept to check the vehicle. In the service dept, I was told that the front brakes were changed before I purchased the vehicle so it had to be the back brakes so they changed those. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told that I may still hear the squeal but it should stop after a couple miles. The noise never stopped!! Still hear it coming from the front of the vehicle. After four visits to the service dept, I was then told they can't hear the noise when it's clearly still an issue. Even had one of the guys ride with me so that I can let him hear what I was talking about. He heard it but told me that they can't figure out what it is and the front brakes (which are rusty and don't look as new as the back brakes) were changed already so there was nothing left to do. If I could return the vehicle, I would but it's too late. So now I have to pay someone to check and fix the squealing noise when braking.

I originally went for one vehicle but saw a beautiful Accord. Charles Scott, Erica, and Demetrius were all accommodating and helped me get into this car. I recommend Malcolm and will continue to purchase from them in the future.
