“I arrived early for my 8:45 am appointment. I checked in from my car, and was asked to come to the waiting area within a few minutes. Just a few more minutes in the waiting area, and I was called back. Ebony was my phlebotomist. She was very kind, and made me feel at ease while having my blood drawn. She did a great job, and I didn’t bruise at all. I will definitely use this location again for my labs.”

“I have brought my 7 year old here twice for bloodwork and for myself. I thought they did a great job. Keep in mind my child gets bloodwork done every 4 months so we are experienced on ways to keep her calm and as she has gotten older, blood work has gotten easier. We came here in December and they did not have butterfly needles, which ended up not being an issue. Today they did, which was nice. The techs and staff have been nice and did a great job. They are very busy at this location but Making a morning appointment has been good for us. If it didn’t go well I would go to the lab at the Childrens hospital, but so far it has gone very smoothly for us. I can’t say that will be everyone’s experience but I have been very grateful it has been smooth sailing so far.”
