“It's rare to encounter a business in the healthcare industry that cares about everyone, not just it's patients. I called CSRA Sleep to try and get the record off of my CPAP machine, hoping that I could get them to help me even though I was not a patient and I wouldn't be staying in the Augusta area long. What I got was a team of professionals who went above and beyond to help me. The staff was able to address my concerns and treated me so kindly that I almost wished I wasn't moving away. There is no question that if I was staying in the area CSRA Sleep would be my only choice for all of my CPAP needs.”

“They helped by providing a wheelchair for my wife who had a severely injured ankle. It was just needed temporarily so she could enter the store, but we ended up renting it in the end. They provided us with a list of providers we could reach out to for a product they didn't have in stock. Sweet and helpful staff!”

“This company rates 0 stars but 5 stars makes your review go to the top. After four years I am finally free from the madness of dealing with this company. Today I asked my Doctor to set me up with another company. Because they are a family business and locally owned I thought this would be a great company to get my CPAP supplies. WRONG! They are not familiar with the MediCare replacement schedule for for CPAP supplies. I have had to take the schedule to them more than once in my time dealing with them. I have also had to request ResMed provide me with the part numbers so they could get what I need. They will nor ship or deliver CPAP supplies and they will not let you get more than one item at a time, even if you will be out of town when you re due next months supplies. I was told once that for $10 they would ship a three month supply. When I had a knee replacement scheduled I attempted to set this up with them but they refused to do it for me, the reason for the request was deemed inappropriate. Seventeen times in the 47 months I have used them, I have been asked to write a future date on the receipt for my supplies, some as far as two weeks into the future, some dates were on Saturday and Sunday when they are closed. The final straw for me was my experience last week. The elasticity in my mask strap was gone, the Velcro would not stay attached, making a good night's sleep impossible. I was within two weeks of the six months time for headgear replacement. The clerk at the desk said I had two options, pay $35 for a new strap or wait until the following month. Neither is acceptable, and after calling MediCare DME (durable medical equipment), I was told that the headgear should have been replaced at no cost because it was no longer serviceable. This is something that the staff at Petsch do not seem to comprehend. Anyway, I am done with the incompetence of Petsch. I am switching to Southeastern Medical Supply, who will provide me with three months of supplies at a time, that will actually be delivered to me. I will no longer have to drive to Petsch and plead my case to get my supplies and I will no longer be told to forge a date on a form.”
