Store representative sucks…. Told me that he had a deal for me after the insurance company sent me a defaulted phone and told me too send the phone back and tell the insurance company to refund me my money and come back tomorrow. Went back today he changed the deal that he offered me. One of the big managers were in the store so he started to offer me another hold deal with changing my number for 4 lines I didn’t want to change my main number I’ve had my number over 20+ years after telling him that I was not gonna change my number He kept on assisting with other plans, so the manager/ Supervisor from T-Mobile left the store he then started telling me that the only reason why he offered me the plan for those phones were because the manager /supervisor from T-Mobile were in the Store and now the deal is off table and refused to to assist me with just buying 1 phone for the line that I filed the insurance claim for 🥲
