If I could give this zero Stars I would..its the absolute worst place to go in Augusta Georgia whoever owns this place needs to fire everyone in there if they want to stay in business. nothing but rude people who think they got a little bit of power ?? walked in ready to spend $400 but because of their employees I turned around and walked out and went down the road to AT&t haven't I need the switch yet but definitely about to drop all four lines that I have with them ... It's sad

Ask for jay, he tried he’s best to help with my port in situation from AT&T we stayed on the phone with customer service for an hour to get it done. And gave me a discount on a case.

My son acquire a business account with Metro PCS. I was going to be on the fourth line. I went to this company, Metro PCS on 3336 Wrightsboro Road to get this fourth phone activated. At first the African American young man was nice and he told me to pick out the phone. The lady with blonde braid interrupt us and ask the young man to come to the back and when they came back he was not present anymore he stated that my son had to be with me. I did not have a problem with that if that was the company rules. The problem was the young lady with the blonde braid start talking loud and she stated that she can tell a scam when she see one and she was trying to sell a phone to another customer and the customer did not buy it and she start talking loud about the lady after the lady left the store. I quest good help is hard to find. Just Bad service. They need learn how to treat customers

I Had a bad experience the first day I visited the store but the day I returned and management and Valencia took care of my need and any question I asked she made sure she took care of them. She explained the new device that I purchase from Metro. I bought some extra products since she was so nice. Thanks, Valencia.

Although I have a Metro store about 5 miles from me, I go out of my way to have any issues resolved at this store. They are very knowledgeable patient and friendly. When I leave the store I'm satisfied and well informed. Oh, and the ladies that work up in there are Q-T pies! Smiles that can make your day.
