The young man that this store was so polite and patient he sold me a phone and transfer information from my old phone which seemed like it took forever but my phone the old one was messed up he fixed it what a wonderful job he did

Awesome service. So this is what happened. I have a few drivers for my business and they were slacking to say the least. I went to the store and they hooked me up with this car synced device that helps me track my drivers all the time and and check gas miles. Let's say I had to fire them but I would not have known if these GREAT people here didn't help me out. .. THANK YOU METRO

KIA KIA KIA!!!!!!.......Omg I been to both stores Deans and Gordon hwy and I have to say the one who shines is Kia I just love her energy she has amazing customer service and she is willing to help at all times she goes above and beyond I will always go back looking for Kia

Came from out of town straight off the highway theses girl not only stood open later to help me but also helped me find the perfect gift for my god son by being extremely knowledgeable of all the phones and their functions. It was also a plus that they both spoke Spanish and could translate everything to my mother who doesn’t speak English. Wish our Metro stores in Florida could give us the same experience.
