Every time I've gone in therethey have very good customer service and you don't have to wait a long time but I always try to get there when they open...Really nice people that know what they're doing so far it seems so good. ??

Walked into the store music was blaring and the lady states she was the store manager but didn't know the corporate number. She also told me she could switch over my phone but would not guarantee it will work for $15. I found the customer service number and obtained the corporate number and the switched over my phone for free. Worst experience I've gotten should've stayed with Verizon

I came three times because a phone was not in yet. The customer service was not good. Their attitudes were not very good. It was as if "I need a job, so I'm at work." On the last visit, one of the sales women was on her personal phone making a personal call and seemed agitated that she couldn't hear (I guess) on her phone while I asked the other woman questions. That same sales woman that left the room with her phone assisted me on my 1st visit and was scrolling in her phone while talking g to me half the time. Therefore, I found a different Metro PCS to go to. It was much better and they let me know that they are not owned by the same persons or franchise.
