Upon entering, there’s a sign that reads, “don’t put up with the BS reroute to Midas” I just moved here but I always used Midas where I’m from. I was skeptical about bringing my car here because I wasn’t sure if I’d get the same type of customer service that I received back home but the service was top tier. The manager and associates saved me money and was upfront about issues with my car. I’ll never take my car any place else

Called and talked to Anthony set up an appointment for my vehicle got it in two days later completed all the repairs within 5 to 6 hours car drives great will definitely use them again.

Decent prices compared to other places. Once in on appointment they’re pretty quick getting your car done. They will make suggestions for additional services, but will not pressure you to take them. I will continue using their services.

Poor service, even worse customer service. Drove 1 hr for service. Booked appointment online several days in advance. When I arrived, they were unable /unwilling to do the work, seemingly unaware that I even had an appointment. Gentleman on duty indicated he was GM and only person above him was owner, but then seemingly had no contact information for the owner, so either gentleman lied about his role in the company or lied about his ability to contact owner. Unwilling to assist with options other than those that required multiple trips back and forth with over 4 hrs back and forth and additional time off work. I would not recommend this entity to anyone in the community looking for a truthful and relaible company.

I put in two separate requests for an appointment. Site states a 1 hour response time after they open. I never got a response and my requested time is in 1 1/2 hours. It been 9 hours. Very poor customer service. I won’t try again in the future.

I have used this location twice because it's close to my house. These guys are honest, they don't offer services you don't need. They don't over charge or under deliver. Highly recommend you get your vehicles services done here. They fixed my vehicle same day. While this was unplanned service, it was a need repair in order for me to drive. The same day service save me $300 plus 8n vehicle rental charges. I am beyond grateful for the help.

Just letting everyone know that I had the best experience. These guys are so professional and know what they are doing. I left the car to get brakes and they called the next day and said my brakes were still strong. You can trust them. They did not do work on the car and did not charge anything for the inspection. Midas is always going to be my favorite place to go….Thank you

Washington Rd. Augusta: Midas has coupons which I like. My daughter was home for the weekend from College and the plan was to get the oil changed with tire rotation. I noticed the car shaking at 60mph. The checkin person (Matt) was awesome. I told him about the shimming. Ty ( frontend tech) and the tire rotater, we decided to re balance the tires and check the front end alignment. When they got done, everything was where it should be and she’s back to school and this dad feels good with her driving her 5hr trip.
Not all customers were kind to your team but they were exceptional. Job well guys. Thank you from our family. Side note, Ty was a Clemson fan, my University of Alabama an I’m a UGA fan. Go Daws🏈
