Warren Jackson was awesome! I have never bought a car before and after discussing what I want, with my limited knowledge, he quickly found my perfect vehicle! He was friendly the entire time and helped my husband and I quickly! Next time we need a car, we will be coming here first.

FRAUD....I was sold parts and paid for installation at the service dept that I did not get. Since this has happened I have emailed and called both the General Manager, Thorston Naperkowski and the Service Manager, Michael Barrowman. I emailed them on 10/28 and NO response, not even an acknowledgement of my email or calls. This is horrible service, I would never recommend anyone do business at Milton Ruben. If I don't hear back from my email or phone calls, my next action will be notification to Stellntis (company that owns Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge) the Georgia Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau to report the fraud that has taken place. Oh, also on the service work that was completed on my engine, there are bolts were not tightened down and hoses and wiring that was not properly routed.
