If leaving 0 stars was an option, the store would easily take home the 0 stars award. If the owner of the store is the blonde woman I spoke with then I am not surprised by the previous reviews. The no exchange conversation I had with the "owner" was comical, and the quality of the clothes aligns quite well with the distasteful attitude of the employees. It's okay I wasn't given an exchange; I just wish the article of clothing I was forced to keep was worth keeping. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The clothes are cute, but way too expensive for the quality. Most of the pieces are outsourced from China or elsewhere. I like the style and organization that you don't get from stores like TJ maxx. The customer service, however is where they drop the ball big time. Most of the girls are snobby and rude, you feel like you're inconveniencing them by shopping there.

Customer service is horrible. Kylie has a horrible attitude and is a miserable person. Pretty much every worker there seems bothered that they might have to help you or even look your direction. Good luck asking them a question or getting some assistance. It's a dime store posing as a boutique with even worse workers.

Bad customer service! I approached the young lady name Kylie with black hair asking her about yoga pants. She act as if I was bothering her. I miss the other two young ladies that used to work at this location. They were always helpful and on it. I thought it was me but according to the other reviews everyone has the same experience.

Clothes are so cute and prices aren’t bad either. The help on the other hand.. RUDE!!! I’ve been in both stores in Augusta (haven’t made it to Grovetown one). They act like there are very inconvenienced to even talk to you.

Love the clothes, but customer service is TERRIBLE! They pay you no attention, I asked for a fitting room and a girl replied “umm yeah hold on.” They always have an attitude when I go in. When I checked out with 3 items, the cashier held up a sweater and said “this is final sale” which is perfectly fine. Until I come back in to exchange a skirt that I bought with that sweater and she said “that was final sale.” But she literally held up the sweater only and said this is final sale. She should’ve said EVERYTHING BUT the sweater was final sale because that’s what she told me when I went back to exchange the skirt. I just feel so very unwelcome when I shop there. I want to keep shopping for longer and spend more money but their attitudes make me feel very rushed. It’s very obvious that these reviews don’t help their customer service because I see other people leaving reviews about it too. But I’m just so upset because I paid well over $100 for my things and just wanted to EXCHANGE one thing.

Terrible customer service. I am a person of color and workers stare at me as if I’m stealing from them. How absolutely disgusting is that?? I always purchase from this boutique yet am treated like trash. Fire your employees and get a reality check

Terrible customer service!!!! Teens with attitudes, rude adults, and zero help at all! A sensor was found in a dressing room I was in and a worker picked it up. She waited for us to get to the checkout and basically accused us of trying to steal even though she took the clothes we were not buying after we were done. She had an attitude the whole time we were checking out and made us wait while she searched the store for the item missing a sensor. They write the number of items you go in the dressing room with on a little board outside of the room. Seeing we came out with the same amount we went in with. She found the item and laughed. I didn’t think anything about it was funny because it was a complete waste of time and didn’t even offer an apology after the way we had been treated. This use to be my favorite place to shop but I don’t know that I will be back after this.

RUDE! Horrible customer service. Two little girls working there who think they’re something they’re not. Priced and styled for 20 something’s and full of teen angst. Won’t spend another minute or dime in this store! It used to be a favorite stop but it’s really gone downhill. You’d do better at Walmart but if you’re feeling extra trashy, this is your place.

I will never shop at this store again! I went in literally 3 hours ago to look for a dress. Came home it didn't fit I called to ask about exchange and because I used my MILITARY DISCOUNT everything is final sale and that was not explained at the register. If this was explained I wouldn't have never even bought anything from there. & any discount apparently disqualifies you from exchanging, a refund, or store credit! That is the dumbest s*** I've ever heard: this policy needs to be changed it's never that serious.

I received a knitted sweater as a Christmas gift. within 2 hours of wearing the sweater it started to unravel in several places including neckline, sleeves and front/back. This is a final sale item. Ok not a problem. I can get a store credit right! It's a product issue! not a size issue just a poor quality item. Well I guess not! Still had the tag on, clerks would not even look at the sweater just pushed me right out the door with their extremely rude attitudes. Like really, I'm not trying to scam your story out of $20!!! But I did not expect to Get stuck with a sweater that can never be worn! Again, I loved the sweater, it's not a size issue or "I dont like" issue! IT IS A QUALITY ISSUE! Store credit would have been the correct action for My Story to take but they opted for rudeness and extremely poor customer service. Shame on you My Story and shame on the young kids at the register. Rudeness should never be a part of a business and the staff! Mary Augusta, Ga
