Male owner has an awful attitude. Service kept getting lazier, sloppier, worse & worse. I continued to go there & tip extremely well in hopes that things would change because the salon was so convenient to my home. No such luck. They insist on doing things their way no matter how nicely you request a change. They don't deserve my money. I would not recommend.

The other 1 star reviews tell the truth. I have never had such a terrible nail job. The man who did my manicure was impatient, rude, and refused to do the service I asked for and filed my nails down to the quick. I have never been so anxious while getting my nails done. It was not relaxing at all. After mentioning my experience to the tanning place next door, found out they have a reputation for being rough and shoddy. DO NOT come here.

I would do 0 stars if it was allowed. The man doing the nails and answering the phone is beyond rude and nasty, not a way to run a business based on customer service. What I asked for was not done, it was communicated with him several times what he was doing wasn't right, he lost his patience making huffing noises like a child and then he didn't want to do the color that I wanted. The service and nail job he did is atrocious and he should be ashamed of himself, the way he treats people and the "work" he does. I asked for a refund/credit and he refused. Do not go here, the service or experience isn't worth a dime of your money.

Do not go here. Experience was so rushed. Asked for a manicure and started to put polish on my nails without any prep. Not a great color selection and I felt like an annoyance just because I went there. Lady screaming on phone in back not helping customers

I’ve been going to Nail Pro for almost 20 years. The staff is polite, professional, and excellent at what they do. It wouldn’t occur to me to go anywhere else. I went for a pedicure this morning and was surprised to see that I was the only customer in the shop. I looked at Nail Pro’s website when I got home and didn’t see any reviews I hadn’t read before. Ladies, if you’re thinking of getting a manicure and/or pedicure, head on over to Nail Pro. They will do a great job, and they’re be sure to thank you for your business.Service: Pedicure

My mother and I have been going here for years, and there is a reason that we refuse to go to other places in town. They get to know their regular customers, and it shows how much they care about your experience and the service they provide. It may be a small salon, but don't let that fool you. They are the best nail salon in town!Services: Pedicure
