I had a great experience, my flight got cancelled so I needed a car to rent and they did what they could and got me a car to rent, even when everyone wanted one and they where getting low. Would definitely go to them again.

Never will rent from any of these companies again. They wanted a $400 damage deposit "because I am local." I had already taken the full insurance, so the deposit requirement which was not disclosed on reservation was both a surprise and unnecessary. I used Turo instead and had a better vehicle and no such nonsense.

I would give 0 stars if possible. While National’s policy is to allow car rentals with a paper renewal license as long as the paper copy is accompanied by the original plastic copy, this location will not accept that. What if you have three forms of ID like I had? Nope, can’t help you. I get following policy, but this wasn’t even that. This applies to National, Enterprise, and Alamo at the Augusta Airport.Stay away.

Horrible service. Booked my reservation online and went back and forth several times with customer service on the phone where they gauranteed my vehicle was available, but rude agents refused to look up my reservation claiming they had no vehicles available.

The ladies that are there right now always have poor customer service skills. They always speak to you in such a dry tone. Each time I’m there they make you feel as if you showing up is bothering them or disturbing them in some way. Worldwide, every national that I go to allows me the opportunity to choose from the available cars or simply walk out and grab And go. Not the case with these two. You’d think I was asking to borrow their personal vehicle. Despite a full lot it’s always “this is all I have”. No Eye contact. No smile. Just lack of enthusiasm and work ethic. It’s depressing. I usually end up swapping cars because due to my job I’m in town for Long periods of time. Instead of swapping my car try they to get me to go get an oil change myself. I don’t work there. Why would I do that? That’s inconvenient for the customer when I’ve already told you why I’m here. You think I’m gonna drive all the way to the airport then leave to go and sit and wait for an oil change? Be for real. Work on your people skills. Especially when the person is a frequent customer.

The staff that works here is so friendly. I did land late and they didn't have checkout lane since everything is done within the airport - so emerald club picking of car doesn't apply here. Regardless, rating 5 because their customer service was excellent.

I reserved a Cadillac two weeks in advance and verified two days in advance . When I arrived to pick up my car they said they had no Cadillacs and I had a choice of a suburban (battleship) or a Mazda Miata (micro mini) and that was it . Why have people call and make reservations if you don't care or won't have what people want to pay for ?? At least notify the costumer that you can't or won't fulfill their needs . I took my business to dollar rent a car right next door .

Always like the service and value from National. Although the extra cost for renting at one location and dropping at another was high and unexpected.

Car was not cleaned on the inside. Used masked from previous renter left in center console. I expect more as an elite member from National. Very disappointed. I had to spend 30 minutes cleaning the car to feel safe to continue to use it.

I prefer renting through national but one problem i have with them is that when you choose to rent a premium car they charge you for mileage and it isn't clear on the app. I called and they offered no assistance with the extra fee I was surprised with even though I rent through them regularly. It made me feel like my business wasn't important and that's unfortunate.
