Searching for a 5 gal gas can after Helene, for our generator, there were none in store and we were about to leave but one of the employees thought he had one in his vehicle he hadn't brought in yet. He asked us to wait while he checked, he did and saved us probably hours of trying to hunt one down to buy.

Why put up a big poster in your window advertising a military discount when you do not honor it? I never ask for a military discount, but since I saw the poster, I mentioned it, showed my ID, the general manager ignored me and charge me full price.

Personable. Auto zone, nor advanced, knew how to help me find a specialty bulb for an arcadia. Orileys showed it on the screen within a minute of me being there.

Phillip is great and makes me feel welcomed every time I come in or call over the phone. However, I experienced an associate today who was extremely rude. I believe his name was Joseph. He was upset that I asked for code testing on my car and when asked a question he rudely stated he wasn’t a mechanic. I never asked if he was a mechanic because I knew I was pulling up to an auto store for a code reading, not to get my car fixed crazy man.

I needed a replacement for one of my lights in my car, so I stopped here. Mr. David was very professional, patient, and even went the extra mile to help me change the light. I would definitely recommend this store.
