They were rude and teying to get over on me because I was young I asked the manager for help with a situation he told me one thing it didn’t work so then he got rude and told me to take my car to the car wash it was THE MANAGER the tall white guy named Gary to be exact

Got a radiator. No one else had one. I am used to a bare radiator with nothing included. This brand had bolts, clamps for bypass port if you need, and all ends were sealed with caps. Hard to get a quality unit anymore.

Stopped in this morning to pick up a can of brake parts cleaner. Two people on the floor stocking shelves, three people working the counter. I just couldn't understand why a customer would have to stand waiting to make a purchase for more than 10 minutes.
There was no line, just me standing and waiting. There was two customers at the counter. One person was buying clutch components and the other one was buying lug nuts and wheel studs. That should give you an idea of how long I had been standing there.
One older woman wanted to see someone working in the back, he was paged to the front so she could slip him some cash on the side. He may have helped her earlier with something. But if employees have the time to visit the counter to accept some cash they could open a register and make the store some money.
You decide for yourself, there are many other part stores in the area. It's not about the money I have that and I worked in the automotive service market for over 20 years, it's how your customers are treated. I know how survey's work. They thank you for the good ones a delete the bad ones.

Bought a simple bulb and needed help replacing and was told they don't do that anymore. Even though I explained I had an arm injury preventing me from taking care of it myself. I don't care if it's the last Oriellys in a 500 mile radius I'll never go to this one again.
