I called O'Reilly's on deans bridge road because it's the closest one to my house so I've been going there for years I gave Marvin my phone number that's the employee who claims that he has worked there for 9 years unable to help me I gave him my phone number he was not able to pull up a part that I bought 2 months ago underneath my phone number I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was busy talking to the general manager and that he was not going to be available for a very long time I waited about 5 minutes hung up the phone and called another O'Reilly's gave them the same exact information they pulled up the part number within seconds so I called back Marvin to let him know that he needed to be trained on the computer and he informed me that he had been there 9 years after 9 years you still can't do your job I think it's time to let the man go

I love O'Reilly's auto parts. They have most of the OEM parts on hands. If they don't and you come early. Most of the time they can have it that afternoon or no later by the next morning.

Russell (manager) is absolutely horrible. As a manager how can you not greet your customer? How can you have your customer standing in line and not offer to assist? How can someone walk in minutes later be greeted, taken care of and that same customer is still in line? Working in customer service may not be for you. Jabree I thank you for thanking care of your customers.

Allin is the definition of amazing customer service and someone who is always willing to help someone out. Just the few minutes he took to help me out will make me a dedicated customer at his store on deans bridge road. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to help me when I needed it most.

Rarely do they have the parts that I need for my car but their customer service is great and they have military discounts. They don't wear masks in the store or gloves.

I came here today because my air conditioner stopped working. Marquel was very kind and professional. He kept a positive attitude with me the entire visit and even the other customers that was there as well. I am a happy customer. Thanks so much for all your help.

They advertise they open at work 730 am which is completely false I've been here since 715 am it is now 744 am and I hey still aren't open as advertised
