I asked the associate to go by my vin but he refused said he had this and treated me very dismissively. Then I had to ask for brake pads that had not been opened.
That same associate was speaking condescendingly to a co worker when I arrived.
No matter the knowledge one possess does not make up for the lack of customer service skills
Not once was I offered a sales paper or any tier of product. I had to reiterate my preferences.
That associate said it was just who he was ....
How unfortunate for future customers.
The competitive pricing was the ONLY reason I didn't leave and go to their competition.

I will never come here again cause the woman working there said the belt I got for my car was the right size even though I kept trying to tell her it wasn't. My bf also tried to tell her and she wouldn't listen to either of us. I even had a certified mechanic tell me several times it was too long.A week later, the belt messes up and I have to go somewhere else to get another belt. Waste of money and time. These people don't know what they're talking about and don't care. You try to tell them something and they just ignore it even when you back it up with facts. Horrible customer service.
