Man I went up there and found a sofa I wanted. I applied and the told me I had 3 days to get it. Why I did get in contact with the movers they partner with, they told me to call them to tell them there were coming tomorrow which was the 4th day they don't have the number to even call themselves!! They have NO number to call and I'm mad because It was the last 1 and the floor model.

Don’t buy at this store. Everything they have is trash. Just bought a bunk bed with a mattress and the mattress looks dirty and already torn. And unfortunately they don’t accept returns or exchanges. Looks like all these items they have are made with a cheap material. Please don’t buy here

PLEASE PLEASE DO NIT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We bought a chest drawer and got it home and it was damaged on the corner and the back of it was detached and the drawers didn’t line up. It was a hot mess. Money truly waisted. The staff was all indulged in their cell phones and very unprofessional and zero customer service. This experience was the worst of the worst. Please don’t waste of money and time. So disappointed.

BUYER BEWARE!!!I bought a mattress today. I was told by the sales associate that they were overstock from the manufacturer or other furniture stores, like Ashley or rooms to go. That couldn’t be further from the truth! When I got it home and on my bed frame I notice a yellow tag that stated “This article contains all second hand material …”. What I got was a grubby, used mattress complete with the previous owner’s lipstick stains, dirt, and god only knows what else. Shame on Overstock and its unethical practices and shame on the sales associate who sold it to me, knowing it’s not Overstock, but instead used. I’m out $500 bucks and stuck with this disgusting mattress.

Used furniture! I found an old lollipop under my cousin and the frame had a crack. Listen up!!! THERE ARE NO WARRANTY AND AFTER ITS SHIPPED ITS YOUR PROBLEM.

The manager- Brandy kept saying “these people are retarded”.. my child is special needs and this is NOT ok. She also seems to make her employees feel less than human and it’s very sad. She should not be in this position. We will not purchase from them nor will we be back.

New kid on the block located the old Bed Bath and Beyond building. They have living, kitchen and bedroom furniture that can be purchased at discounted prices. You can use Affirm or apply for credit .

I was pleasantly suprised when I wondered in. The proprietors were still putting out merchandise when I walked in. But they were eager to assist me in my endeavor. Pricing is wonderful but remember you are nor in a high end furniture store. I did see some excellent pieces that were priced moderately and very functional. When I went in there was just one sales associate so please be patient when going in. Take your time and browse as much as you like. I'm sure there's something in there that will strike your fancy. I will definitely be back to make some purchases. Just went in on a whim, glad I did. The store is located in the old Ashley's building. Hope to see there soon.

Was desperately in need of a new mattress and didn’t want to spent 1000 plus. Went this morning, nearly all of them were in our $600-$700 price range if not lower. Tested out a few, the assistance was super great. They didn’t look or try to make a sell, and left us alone to decide. The no credit financing helped as I wanted to pay it off in two payments. Highly recommend them. Only thing I could say for improvement is an option for delivery BUT at the price I don’t mind getting it myself.

If I could give less than one star, I would. HORRIBLE customer service, rude, condescending. Error made with payment and cashier cared more about attempting to demean me than resolving. She then threatened to call the police on me when I responded to her in the same manner. Her employees knows she's rude and they all seem to be trying to leave. She is an embarrassing BLIGHT to your business.

Purchased nice sofa and loveseat for half the price everywhere else. Ginger was very helpful and not pushy at all. Great quality furniture available for every room in your house.
