Very helpful and thankful for the location. Wasn't sure if they would be able to handle older bikes, but they definitely know what they're doing! The craftsmanship and skills show in the work they provide, and it's what kept the dream alive!

My. BMW R1200RT would not rev past 5k RPM, Ilan took a look at it even though he was extremely busy and nursing an injured arm. Quick diagnosis with his scanner he cleared 3 fault codes. Runs like top! Super helpful and friendly shop. Highly, highly recommended.

Bike was having problems trying to ride home, swung by and Ilan was super helpful and informative. Even though he was busy with bikes he was working on, he told us we could use his tools and recommended starting with the spark plugs, he also called around to see who had them in stock. Fortunately that was the fix and we were back on the road. Offered to pay and he said we were good. Awesome Guy and very knowledgeable.

We had agreed to meet on Saturday to get my oil changed and two tires. When I arrived they were swamped and weren’t sure if they could get it done. But they took my bike and knocked it out in an hour! Great customer service and it’s the only place I trust taking my Aprilia to.

I hate doing negative reviews but I had a terrible experience with this company. I dropped off my bike about 8 months and it need a clutch replacement and a fuse replaced. The bike sat untouched for 6 months so I went to go pick it back up. Upon picking it up I noticed that it had missing fairing bolts and a pretty big whole in one of the plastics. The owner is denying fault but i have pics that he provided where you can clearly see the damage on the bike as we were picking the bike up from the shop. It’s been 2 months and he’s been dodging my calls so I figured I’d make this public information.

My bike had been sitting for a while bc I work out of town and not to many places will touch a custom bike but I called and Ilan was more than happy to service it. People a super chill and down to earth ...I will definitely take my bike back to them to have it looked at soon when I have free time to do so.

I brought my Daytona 675 to P1 Moto to get tune. I was having some trouble get the bike tuned because most shops didn’t want to touch a triumph. Ilan got me setup with a rapid bike unit. I met the other guys at the shop they are all super nice and great guys. If you looking for a place to work on your bike or tune definitely take it to them especially if you have a triumph. 10/10

These guys are VERY knowledgeable and do work really fast. The cost for labor is great and they will do anything to make you happy! I highly recommend this company if you are getting work done on your motorcycle.

I own a 2021 BMW S1000RR. No one within 200 miles is willing to even look at it. P1 saved me a trip to Charlotte for a 10 minute job. Business always answers the phone, and has great, transparent pricing. Cannot speak of this place highly enough, will absolutely be coming back for any and everything motorcycle related. Thanks man, you’re a life saver.
