This place is extremely clean and modern!!! I never knew how to use laundry cards etc…. One of the staff assisted me with figuring it as I am traveler visiting this location. She was able to quickly and kindly able to walk me through the process and assisted me in getting the right machine etc for my needs. She was super professional, kind and very very informative. I will always seek a Peanuts laundry from now on!!! This place is the place to be.

Again, worst place to wash clothes because now they’re saying they’re not even count their employees responsible when things happen in their establishment again, I will never set foot in this establishment I don’t care if you can’t control people your employee should’ve control the situation and I tried to call last night, but nobody answered the phone, so I left a voicemailand again again don’t down the customer you’re acting like I was wrong in the situation. I was harassed me and my children so if you think that’s acceptable that’s cool, but I will not put up with it.

I come here every week to do my laundry. Today the establishment is full, I mean packed like sardines, and there are 7 washing machines that has stopped and I waited about 20 minutes. I go ask the attendant because I’m not the only one waiting, can something be done about all the washing machines that have stopped but no one is getting there laundry out so the rest of us can use them. She tells me just go somewhere else if it’s a problem…. So I did, and I will continue to do so. I’ve been a customer here since it opened, and to be told go somewhere else… remember Peanut you go up on your prices and down on your dryer time. Your not the only laundromat in town.

I went today to do my laundry, and there was no carts The ladies were doing drop off service using majority of the carts leaving customers with no carts to bring in their laundry or to take them out of the washers there were dryers stopped with clothes in them. I asked them if they can. Please remove the clothes they told me no that I had to wait. I went to the other side. They had the dryers majority of them taking doing drop off service. This is very unfair to the customers that they’re trying to do their laundry and I usually go there about 2 to 3 times a week to do my laundry.

The laundry attendant was being rude with me because I asked him could he exchange coins for dollars so I can reload my card. He kept going on it so I walked away. I had to go the store to exchange my coins.

Place is clean, machines are clean. Some folks use too much detergent so you may get some of their left over detergent if you smell perfume, which I do not wash with. Unfortunately, I have not found the staff very friendly. Can't seem to answer basic question sometimes. The staff use too many of the washers & dryers. Which limits those of us who use them ourselves. Cost is much higher than Lucy's Laundry use to be before they closed. Which bites!Getting into and out of their parking lot can be hectic depending on time of the day, due to waiting on the traffic light on Walton Way and the cars turning out of shopping center & apartments. Otherwise, all good.

Interesting concept on how they're machines accept money. Place was clean but, several washing machines had clean clothes but no one to claim them

I did my research on laundromats in the Augusta area and landed on this place. Honestly, I'm not sure why this place is rated so low because it isA) SQUEAKY CLEANB) Easy to get started with the preloaded cards using the checkout screensC) CLEAN machines, easy to use and fast to scan and wash my comforter.I was in and out within the hour. Not too packed when I came. But I will be frequenting this place to clean our comforters.

I love coming to this location. It's clean. I try to come do my laundry early in the mornings before the rush, but every time I come the staff has used ALL the washers for drop offs. I just think this is not right to use ALL the machines. Please leave a few open for people like me who do their own.Today will be the last day I take my laundry to Peanuts. I spend $50 a week doing my laundry at Peanuts. I will take my business somewhere else. I don't need to be spoken to in the manner that I was spoken to today by what I suppose was a manger nor do I need the unprofessional attendants whispering about me when I walk in.

I used 9 top and bottom put 1.50 in both machines and this idiot working is trying to tell me I didn't do now I'm out 1.50 because he wouldn't use their card will not come back here again

Great place to do laundry. Always clean and tidy. Wonderful, kind people that are always quick to help. Drop off laundry service and kids play corner for great convenience.

If your clothes are in need of a pick me up, id recommend Peanuts. Not only will you get your clothes clean in a safe friendly environment. If you don't have time to do them the woman at the Walton Way Ext will do them for you
