Fetch 501
501 Broad St, AugustaThis placed is closed/empty all signs of this ever being a dog/pet store/grooming etc. are non existent. We just took our small dog there for grooming this past weekend and today I walked past and it was empty, called and was informed closed for seasonal not sure what that means. Does anyone know if the groomers are still around town? Love the groomers best one's yet, hope they return or at least read the reviews. My experience was a 5 and so I will rate on that.

Pet Care

Paradise Animal Hospital
3998 Belair Rd, AugustaI am so grateful for the entire staff at Paradise Animal Hospital. Peggy listened to my urgent concern for my dog who was having abdominal pain. She managed to squeeze me in for a same day appoinment. The Veterinary Assistant, Jesse, reviewed the entire history of the situation and treated my dog as if he were her own. Jesse shared everything that they may need to do for my dog. I did not meet Dr. Henderson until after my dog was thoroughly evaluated in her office/treatment room. Dr. Henderson provided a systematic and detailed narrative of her findings. Although I did not witness the actual evaluation of my dog, I came away from the appointment confident in the care my dog received and that Dr. Henderson provided a practical and methodical diagnosis and treatment for my dog. The next day Dr. Henderson called to check on my dog and ensured me that she and her office would be available if I needed them. I did call them the following day, and, as promised, Jesse and Dr. Henderson were available to answer a question about the care for my dog. Thankfully, my dog is back to excellent health. I appreciate all of the help and treatment I received.

VetIQ Petcare
3209 Deans Bridge Rd, AugustaStaff was very nice, proficient, willing to help and even made my big grandson feel safe. I love that the staff was able to stay on the phone with his parents and break down the pricing for the products. That took patiencw and time and I'm glad they did that. I would recommend anyone to go. The Vet didn't rush to give information and walk off like most doctors. I think that's rude when someone wants answers, but the Vet Dr. was on point and caring. They didn't forc anything. Just gave the information and the education. Bout time I go somewhere in GA and the people are nice. No, I gotta set up an appointment for my Bubbles.

BluePearl Pet Hospital
410 Topgolf Way, AugustaMy dog Buddy had a cancerous mass removed and I needed to know if everything had been removed. I had the consultation with Dr. Rossman who was kind and very knowledgeable about Buddy’s health. He explained her situation and what was best to do. He was not rushed and encouraged questions about anything I didn’t know or understand. Having a pet with a serious illness is heartbreaking and it helps to have medical care staff that is compassionate as well as knowledgeable. I recommend the staff at Blue Pearl if you all need help for your fur babies.

Pet Sitting & Training

Off Leash K9 Training, Augusta
3351 Wrightsboro Rd #203, AugustaOff Leash K9 Training is a wonderful way to train your dog. Our dog Bandit, was a bit out of control when we signed up for the course. After the first session we noticed a remarkable difference. We are in better control of our dog. He is a delight to take on walks, no longer pulling us down the street. Thank you so much Rebecca for all your hard work. You are the best trainer we could have hoped for.

Sole Augusta
1033 Broad Street, AugustaI was told the wait for a table was 25 min so I grabbed a seat at the bar until the table was ready. Lydia was the sweetest and had barely taken my order before our table was ready…it had only been about 8 min.
The food is always SO amazing but we had a new server tonight, and Addison was absolutely amazing! She made sure she checked in with us, made sure that we didn’t need anything, and that our order was correct. Harley came by and checked on us as well, and ensured we were enjoying ourselves, and that our service and food were how we expected. I love visiting this location and I’ll come here as often as I am in town.

5th & Fire
551 Broad Street, Augusta5th & Fire is a fantastic new addition to Broad Street near the museum and freedom bridge. It’s a little farther down, but absolutely worth the stop. The bathrooms and facility were spotless, and the food was outstanding — we had the burnt ends with coleslaw and sweet potato casserole, plus the Austin brisket tacos with mac n’ cheese. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly.
The drink menu is super interesting, and the Wildflower cocktail was divine.
What really impressed us is how clearly this place is set up for events and parties. There’s tons of space, a trendy atmosphere, and a lively vibe that works whether you’re in flip‑flops or heels.
Broad Street is undergoing major renovations right now, but don’t let the construction keep you from trying this spot. 5th & Fire is a great new addition and absolutely worth visiting.

Farmhaus Burger
1204 Broad St, AugustaFries. Delicious. It's very evident that they used freshly cracked black pepper. These fries aren't crispy, but they are very good.
Chili dog. Good. The frank was thick, juicy and meaty. It doesn't have a snappy casing, but it's still a good, quality dog. The chili is very tomato and onion forward, and on the sweet side.
Burger. Pretty good. Forgot the name of the burger, but it had a fried egg and bacon in it. Egg was sunny side up perfection. Bacon was cooked well and crispy. Burger patties were beefy, greasy goodness. The burger had two slices of smoked gouda. This was my first time having smoked gouda in a burger, and I think i now have a new favorite burger cheese.
Atmosphere. Super casual, can get very loud.
Service. You order at the cashier, seat yourself, grab your own drinks, and bus your own trays. Since you're basically serving yourself, service should be pretty good. Farmhaus follows the growing trend of restaurants asking for tips with no service given.
Would come back in the future.
