They are not a place that takes cats and need to take that they do tend to cats off their website. I wasted a good bit of time because of that disinformation.

Shelf's are well organized however it stinks and their bathroom both the toilet paper and the napkins are just sitting on the holders and the napkin holder is right beside the door. While trying to get a paper towel I was hit by an employee opening the door. When I asked to get it fixed so it doesn't happen to somebody else the other lady looked at me like I was crazy. That's just lazy

I finally figured it out, you need to give them a little more time. I now place my orders 24 hours in advance for curb side pick-up. This has worked perfectly and quickly.

I am new to pet ownership. While your team is extremely helpful. Your checkout process is possibly the worse. I will definitely be ordering online from chewy moving forward. It takes an entire day just waiting in line, the only way I was able to move forward was because other folks ahead of me patience understandingly fell short, so they kept putting their items back and walking out. This is ridiculous!

I made an order on the website for a door dash pick up. The order never came. I called Petsmart to ask about the order and it was not picked up. I was told to contact door dash. I am giving a low review because when I contacted door dash they said that they could not help me because the order had been canceled. After several rounds going back and forth with door dash and them telling me to contact Petsmart to get a refund. Nevertheless, I will not get the items i had order. Buyer beware when you request delivery on the website.

I have never dealt with a more inept staff in my 62 years. This is the THIRD time I have had a problem with one particular employee. That means its a PetSmart issue not his issue.The latest fiasco involved an online purchase. I purchased 2 of the same item and had them delivered from the local store to my home. That part went perfectly.One in used one of the two I realized I did not need the second one. So I went to the store to make a return on the unopened, unused product.I had paid online using PayPal attached to my checking account.This confused the young man working on the return. He called for a supervisor to help. Here comes Luke. Again, this is the THIRD time I have deal with Luke.Luke puts his key in register and entered some data. They asked for the credit card I used and I told them there was no card, it was Paypal directly to my checking account. Luke made a smart alek comment and walked away telling the young man to issue a store credit (no thank you) or cash refund.The total for my order was 41.79. I was refunded 45.13. When I noticed I went back to the store and brought this to Luke's attention. His exact words were, "What do you want me to do about it? Just keep it."He's spending PetSmart's money like its his own. I will never step foot in a PetSmart store again as long as I live.

Came here with my grandma to get her a pet betta fish and decided to get another hamster as well. Store was dead, no one in sight to help. I asked the cashier to call sumone to get me the hamster, she said ok. We stood near the habitats in clear view for 20 min before just leaving the cart and walking out. They clearly don't want to sell their pets who would've had loving homes. Petco has become much better. Also they have awful pet food selections and can't find anything decent for my cats or dogs. I usually buy them origin and this place has nothing close to that quality! Just don't here.

Ugh!!!! My Mother got a fur baby (Morkie) last weekend. Today makes the third time I've been in this store this past week. With all the customers in the CSRA that come through this store why is it that they only have one register open? Each time I've visited I've stood in a line 15+customers deep!!! Utterly ridiculous! Customer in front of me said she placed an order for pickup over hour ago. It's still saying they're working on it on the app. So now she's in line buying it and canceling order! They definitely need to do better! Two good things the cashier once I reached the register destination was very nice and she told me that they match most store prices except Amazon. Good to know!
