Justin came by this afternoon to determine why our garage door wasn’t operating properly. He performed a thorough inspection and determined exactly what needed to be replaced. He worked diligently at completing the job. Then he told us us exactly what he did so that we’d understand everything. Compliments to Justin!

A young man arrived within about an hour of my calling Precision. Garage door was repaired quickly and works well. Taime, the gentleman who replaced the needed part, was a fine representative of their company. I am pleased with the service and courtesy; I will call them again.

The initial guy, Mr. Justin Waller did a fantastic job explaining what I would be getting, as I selected my choices for the new garage door. The installation crew was not as diligent, but once I informed Precision of the discrepancies, Mr.Justin Waller came out and made corrections to which I am now pleased. Kudos to Mr. Justin Waller, an outstanding salesperson and worker. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you!

Taima was our technician and actually arrived earlier than scheduled which was great. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and went through our options and showed us everything that was done, we actually watched as he worked. He is a very good representative for this company and they should be glad to have him. 2 thumbs up.

We moved back to Aiken from Florida and our large garage door came off the tracks and destroyed the rails. We called Precision and they came out and assessed the problem. We decided to purchase a new garage door to match the house. The door came in about 3 weeks later. Two fantastic men installed our door and replaced rotten wood. Thank you for the great service.

Garage door didn't sound too good, and we requested an inspection and tuneup. We were scheduled within two business days. During inspection, issues were identified and repaired same morning. Technician Taima is excellent in terms of customer service, efficiency, and skill. The garage door operating quieter and more smoothly than ever. Highly recommend this business.

I reached out to Precision Garage Door Service as I was having issues with my garage doors. Justin came out and evaluated both garage doors...turns out we needed a motor that could adequately lift and close the type of garage doors that we have. The husband was able to request a certain type of motor and Justin delivered. We have been very pleased with the new motors and more importantly, the service and commitment provided by Justin! He has been awesome to work with. We got 99 problems, but these garage doors ain't one!!! Thanks Justin!! We appreciate you!

My garage door malfunction and needed to be repaired quickly. I sent out the yelp request and Precision GDS responded quickly and was able to get me in the next morning. Communications were great from the start. Justin, the service technician, was phenomena. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in details. Once we agreed upon the repairs and cost, he fixed my garage door in under an hour. He has amazing customer service. Justin, is certainly an asset to your business! I called one afternoon and they showed up the next…. Fast and exceptional customer service. Justin came out and was so kind. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Honestly the before and after of the way our garage sounded was drastically different. ?? Who knew…. worth every penny!

I was able to get a service call the next day. The technician was on time. He diagnosed my garage door problems and gave me quotes on my options. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He had all the tools and parts on the truck. The job was done the same day. The work he did was absolutely perfect! I am very pleased. I am more pleased than I thought I would be.
