I’ve been with Public Storage for a while now, and I have to say that working with Neikima has been such a refreshing experience. Every time I come in, she greets me warmly, answers my questions with patience, and makes sure I feel not just like a customer, but like a valued person. Her professionalism and top-tier customer service truly stand out. She goes above and beyond to help in any way she can.
Because of the way she treats people, I plan to continue using this location for all of my storage needs. Thank you, Neikima, for always providing such excellent service!

Neikima was a great help to get me the storage building I needed. She was very kind as she listened to my issues of having to do a sudden move. It was nice to see that she was just as concerned for me as a person as she was to help me get the right size building for my needs.
