The worst experience from start to finish. Requested a transfer of space, I told the representative when to schedule the transfer, she did not do what was asked. I was charged for 2 units. Called customer service to request the cancellation of the transfer of space/ move out, checked a couple of days later, the cancellation/move-out was never entered. I think they purposely do things like this to over charge customers. This will be my first and last time doing business with this company!

Everything was well taken care of with no incidents (clean as well), but there's only ever one person working here, and I had trouble getting any assistance. Couldnt get into the main office once due to it always being locked and/or with no-one here.
