The line is literally going out the door and down the hall. Called the automated self service option to refill my prescription a dozen times and it just ring endlessly. They have lockers but don’t use them. Complete waste of time, needs to be restaffed.

Closed early. Got here before 5 am kiosk/windows were closed.

I have been calling over and over for the last hour. No one will answer the freaking phone. My baby is sick so I can’t just drive up there. But ya know, no big deal I guess. ??

This location processes refills called in by patients as an alternative to picking them up from the ScriptCenter located inside of Eisenhower Army Medical Center. This location does not process new prescriptions or renewals of prior prescriptions that have been entered by your provider. All new prescriptions and renewals must be picked up at the Main Pharmacy in DDEAMC.
