The line is literally going out the door and down the hall. Called the automated self service option to refill my prescription a dozen times and it just ring endlessly. They have lockers but don’t use them. Complete waste of time, needs to be restaffed.

I have been calling over and over for the last hour. No one will answer the freaking phone. My baby is sick so I can’t just drive up there. But ya know, no big deal I guess. ??

Been calling all day for a few days and no one answers and then they hang up after a while on hold. Trying to ask if my mother's LIFE depending medication is in stock. This is how you treat veterans. Ridiculous.

Very organized but way too short staffed. There are six windows for customer service, however there usually just two open.

Getting help is impossible. No one answers the phone and I get the run around when I drive from far away to this location. When I come back a few days later I'm told that nothing was done and have to come back again. I've had over two hours of drive time now and still have not had my issue resolved.

If the recording tells you they are open they may be closed! If the recording tells you your medicine will be ready it might not be!

If outside prescriptions are called in or sent via computer, they say they never get them, baloney! Suggest you bring in the prescription early, leave it with a pink card, go take care of other business and come back later or even next day to pick up the prescription. Though had better luck with called in refills.
