DJ at the front desk is one of the most genuinely hospitable and accommodating hotel managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of corresponding with; He is a beyond valuable human being to have working for any company. Someone whos nature it is in to ensure that their guests are satisfied and treats them respectfully out of his own will is rare in such a consumerist world. Hotel offers a great value for what you pay , I saw no bugs, no other bothersome external factors to distract and no complaints otherwise. Thank you DJ, you elevate the quality of this hotel.

The only reason I gave this “hotel” 4 stars is due to the receptionist DJ. This guy is way to qualified for this place. This is a 2 out of 5 star motel with 5 star customer service…

Loved staying at The Quality Inn, staff was absolutely wonderful at making sure our stay was perfect, especially the front desk receptionist. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.I definitely recommend staying here!!

They're actually two quality inns that are listed as fort Gordon/Augusta. This one is much better than the other one. That's a inside corridor. This one's an outside corridor and you actually get kitchenettes. I definitely like staying here to prices. Very reasonable. Had no issues whatsoever. Cleanliness was good. No bugs. No issues whatsoever. It's the same honor that owns the Comfort Inn right in front of it. I will continue to stop here and stay at this hotel anytime we are in the area. Thank you for having a nice clean, comfortable hotel at a decent price.Rooms: I had one king size bed and it had a kitchenette so that was a plus!

Love this place for the 4th of July, great rooms, great staffs, breakfast was nice and hot, and we love the pool area. Also great location 7 minutes from the mall.Rooms: Rooms was nice, clean and spacious

The manager DJ at the front desk is awesome! At check in the room I originally booked was no longer available but DJ helped us out and made sure we were taken care of stress free. Will stay

I travel a lot and every time I come to Augusta, most of the time I'll stay at this hotel. I haven't been to Augusta for over a month. When I decided to come back they changed their policy and is now charging $100 DEPOSIT!!! I've been coming to the establishment for over a year and the deposit is typically $50. On the Choice app it states guests who choose to pay "cash, with points, or through a third party app" are required to pay a $100 CASH DEPOSIT but I was paying with a debit card and I still had to pay a deposit. That's ridiculous! And the "manager" was EXTREMELY RUDE!! When I voiced my opinion he had the nerve to say "Miss it's not that serious" but it is serious when I'm being charged for a smoking fee, I don't even smoke and you upcharge! There was no better change in this hotel beside rude employees that would require an upcharge in the deposit. This was so unacceptable. There are much better and affordable hotels in that area and they give you much better customer service! I DONT recommend this hotel to anyone!

Honestly for the price I payed I was expecting alot worse. The bed was very nice the pillows decent. Clean room big refrigerator. Front desk was very professional. It's in a very good area to. The one problem I had was you can the room was smoked in.

Nicole at the desk is nice. Rate is reasonable. Good location. Room is spacious with comfy beds. The rooms are non smoking but have clearly been smoked in. Sheets have burn holes. Floors not very clean. The breakfast is good if you don’t eat the cooked stuff. TVs need upgrading as well as bedding. I have seen a roach or 2 during our several stays here but it’s Georgia so I’m not shocked by it. Overall it’s been a good spot for us.

Good quality hot breakfast, with a large selection of food. Staff was nice, and attentive to our needs. Facility is clean, and smells clean. The bed was comfortable. The Facility is old and in need of repairs. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The outlet under the table only the bottom worked. The coffee maker is missing parts, so you can't make coffee. They have great coffee always ready though in the lobby. The outlet next to the sofa is not attached to the wall, so the whole box comes out. Flooring vinyl tiles are coming apart. Pool is clean and well maintained. The air conditioning unit in the exercise room doesn't work.

Had a great stay. Bathtubs are large, almost full size fridge. HBO. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There were some small issues, but the staff was quick and helpful. Very friendly and lots of smiles.

This hotel is not what you believe. There was some managers that was really nice Karen and Patricia are the best. There was two other that was really nice but I forgot their names. Now what this a bad hotel is the gentleman that we’re glasses and older guy. He has nice attitude and do not know how to deal with customers. I had reservations for my same room for the next day. I go down to pay for the room and he told us that we have to check out then check back in and maybe get our room back. I told that didn’t make since because we was already in the room. He told me that because of the Nike Peach tournament the hotel needed all their rooms. I called Choice hotel and they told me there was nothing even-though I’m a platinum member. I travel a lot and use choice hotels a lot but this is one hotel I will not use again!!!!! Unfortunately I don’t want to use Choice hotels either but in Augusta the budget friendly hotels are limited. I have it a two only because of Karen and Patricia.
