The pool was good, the service was some what good, there was bed bugs in our hotel room and all the house keeping people did was change our pillows. Their breakfast wasn’t good they didn’t have much just mostly toast yogurt and protein bars. I recommend not coming to this hotel it’s gross and disgusting.

Best hotel in town. Courtyard my second favorite. Marisol Screen at The Ramada is the best Operational Supervisor and most personable lady you could ever meet.

The location is a huge plus! It's directly across the street from Pexcho's American Dime Museum, which was the reason for our trip. The room came with all the ammenities. Nothing super modern, but everything worked properly.
Great view.
Staff were super nice and accommodating.

Just Don't. Find somewhere less convenient.
Everything is gross. It all smells. Lobby is loaded with weird junk. Pool is broken and closed off. Outside is old and worn out. Staff is always on their personal phones. Room smelled so badly of cleaning spray......really old and worn out. Stained and ripped carpet everywhere. Couch was so stained. Whole floor smelled like pot. No ice makers.
Bed sheets were clean and bathroom was clean. Saw no bugs.
Will never stay here again.

No working elevators, means this hotel is not accessible for people with issues walking. There is no help to carry bags upstairs.
The only way to get upstairs is by an external staircase, which is concrete, with no cameras, making it pretty dangerous.
They claim 2 elevators were out prior to the hurricane, and the other 2 went out from the hurricane. But there clearly is no rush to fix any of them.
In the room itself, there were stains on the sheets, and we found drug paraphernalia under the chairs cushion.

The carpet in the room was not clean. The elevator was not working but no staff assistance was provided to help guest with carrying bags to another floor. There is a big cat that sits on the reception desk counter. Everything looks dated and old. The pool area needs to be demolished. I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed because there was no where else in the city to go.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. During my stay, the elevator was not working, and I had to climb 120 steps up and down for two days. This was particularly challenging as I had a family member who is 85 years old with me, and it was extremely difficult for them to navigate the stairs.
Despite this inconvenience, no discount or compensation was offered. When I spoke to the maid, I was informed that the elevator had not been working well before the hurricane even happened. This lack of communication and consideration for your guests' comfort is unacceptable.
After realizing that we could not stay any longer, we decided to leave and go to the Holiday Inn Express, which was 0.8 miles away from your hotel.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.

I see a lot of people complaining about how dated this hotel is but I think it's vintage, comforting and original. It's in a centrally located spot, great price, and has a really cool pool area. I also found the staff to be considerate and kind. I also think it's just as safe as anything else locally.

Potentially one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Hotel staff was rude (except for breakfast staff was very nice). At times I felt like I was on an episode of punked and Ashton Kutcher was going to jump out. Hotel was very out dated, transient people through the immediate area/parking lot. The key cards were on and off and credit card machines from late 90s. Elevators didn’t work and although they comped part of my stay because of it, lugging all my stuff to the 6th floor (through the 2nd floor which was all smoking) was less than ideal. It’s so bad another resident asked if I had checked for bed bugs. Honestly, it’s sad to see a hotel in such distress. Don’t stay here. Although, it could be a great location for the start of a 70s horror movie.
