Clean and comfortable theater. 18 auditoriums with Imax screens to provide best experience possible for the movie. Staff was friendly as well.

I went to this cinema Saturday march 23, 2024 to watch the new Ghostbusters movie I was in cinema 16 it was extremely hot. This is at 1:20 showing I made a complaint to the manager. The manager looked at me and told me what do you want me to do about it then I made the comment that they were able to take my money but they can’t make my visit comfortable, I will never go to the cinema again. Make you pay for a movie experience that is less than desirable when I walked out of the cinema my shirt was soaking wet because I was so hot Horrible customer service management staff will never show my face in this place again

Foe $22 a seat to see the opening night of Ghostbusters, this felt like ww were sitting on springs. I couldn't wait to leave. Extremely uncomfortable. Not worth the price of admission. Nobody asked to see our tickets. The guys working concessions had no knowledge of the limited edition popcorn bucket. Took us asking them to find someone else who knew where they were. Turns out there were plenty. I give this place less than a year.

We usually enjoy going to the theater over here it’s always a fun experience. I like the fact that you can purchase your tickets through the app. There is always security on hand not that I have ever witnessed anything crazy at this theater anyway but the Police ? are always there. On Saturday night when we arrived the concession area was moving very slow with only two employees working and they didn’t get in a hurry at all. ??♀️Yes I had already eaten but I like to go to the theater and eat popcorn ? while watching movies. That wasn’t the case tonight . The movie we watched was Beekeeper and it was action packed I just hate it was standard seating and the seats didn’t recline. Other than no popcorn ? and seats not reclining it was still a good outing. I always enjoy coming to this theater.

Loved the reclining seats and full bar! Very clean and all of the employees were extra friendly, polite and helpful.

Decently clean movie theater, only gripe I have is the amount of ads in front of the movie... I went for a 3pm showing of a movie expecting the movie to start at 3pm, it didn't start until 3:30.

When I called I was informed that they had food, but when I got there they didn't have any food. When I call to check no one picks up. They don't seem to want me to return.

They have reclining chairs, it was very clean, and the staff seem to be very nice. My only issue is the snacks are on the high side. Most of the candy and snacks they sell are cheaper at dollar general,walmart, or dollar tree. I got a small pop corn and a small drink and it cost over $20 and that just seems ridiculous but other than that everything was great.

From the time you get to the concession stand to the theater to the bathrooms, the place is NASTY. They don’t clean after each movie. My seat had popcorn and tissues and napkins in the cup holder. i disinfected my own seat with spray hand sanitizer to make myself feel somewhat clean. The stationary area to get your straws and napkins was NASTY as well. The floor had so much junk and trash everywhere. They need to do better and get a GOOD custodial staff.

Absolutely, one of the nicest theaters I have visited. I can't wait to visit again. Clean, large reclining seats, friendly staff, clean restrooms, etc!!

Pretty clean and reasonably charged for a movie theater. However, the movie posted for a 1055 start did not start until 1105. Otherwise, a pretty normal movie experience. The seats were confortable and appeared to be well maintained.Note: I did not have recliners in my theater so this is not a review for those seats.

An unprofessional experience I had at a Regal Cinemas movie theatre in Augusta, GA.I went to see a movie with my husband to see Equalizer and we took the kids to allow them to see the new Barbie movie at the Regal Cinemas in Augusta, GA tonight. Both movies started at approximately 630 pm, but we had to wait in the lobby because the Barbie movie was a few minutes longer. My husband and I decided that we would wait at the bar and perhaps get a drink while we waited for the kids to be finished. We sat at the bar for about ten minutes, and no one seemed to be working the bar, so we continued to patiently wait. A couple walked up, and we addressed the couple by saying, "We don't think that the bar is open because we have been sitting here for 10 minutes and no one has come to ask for our order." Not 30 seconds after I got the statement out of my mouth, the doors behind the bar open and out comes two bartenders asking the other couple if they needed anything. Never asking my husband or myself if we wanted to order or even addressing us by saying, "We will be right with you." We were simply ignored. We both left the bar and went to the register to ask where the manager was and addressed our experience with him. He basically acknowledged that he had in fact seen us waiting at the bar himself and that he had no idea why the bartender staff would have ignored our presence.We left the theatre feeling angry and disappointed. It was the worst movie experience I ever had and I felt compelled to inform someone one other than social media, about how disrespected and rudely we were treated by the staff at the bar. Customer service is a skill that not everyone is good at performing, but the manager was no better help in this situation than the bartenders who ignored us. We essentially were told, "Thanks for letting us know."Disappointed and disrespected customers.
