Regency Auto of Augusta is the most trustworthy place of business for your auto repairs! Ben help me understand what was needed to get my car running again. A complete diagnostic was done on my car for a very reasonable price. He explained in details what the problem was with my SUV and what was needed . He gave me a timeline of future problems that needed to be taken care of. I appreciate the Regency Auto Repair team for being professional, courteous and knowledgeable from the first phone call to every step of the repair. It was an excellent experience. I will use them for all of my car repairs and tell everyone that I know to go see the Regency Auto team if they ever have any problems with their car. Thank you Regency Auto for great service.

My experience at this shop was absolutely above and beyond! The level of help, care, and kindness I received truly stood out. I really appreciate these guys they’re honest, considerate, and go out of their way to assist you to the best of their ability. If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would! Very helpful with some things the main issue I came in for they did a lot of troubleshootin on. We paid them a lot of money and a tip, and the problem ended up not being resolved. That was a little disappointing And that they didn’t offer some of that money back.
