The teller I dealt with was racist. She tried to act like she couldn’t pull up my saving accounts. She already had an attitude when I came in line & acted like she didn’t want to help me. Stated she needed my full social & I never have this issue at my local branch. She then said she’ll get someone else to pull it up. It’s ironic how the black lady was able to pull my accounts up easily with just my first & last name. Just like any other time. I will NEVER come back to this bank.

Sandy tried to force me to put my personal address and phone number on an application for a business checking account. She went as far as to google the actual address on my business license and ask me why it showed a staples. Sandy even asked where I got my EIN (as though it was fake) while looking at the certified documents emailed directly to me from the IRS. They denied opening a regular business checking account with no explanation. Have been banking here for years and very disappointed by what we experienced at this location.

My only problem with this bank is the ATMs maybe twice a month says it's unavailable and you can't take money out or deposit help keep the ATMs empty I'm literally wasting my gas

I have been a Regions customer for a long number of years. I use this branch ATM for convenience but I will no longer deal with the employees. I drive to Evans if I need to talk with someone.

This was a great experience for us. We just moved into town and went to 6 different banks. Sandi made our experience wonderful, she was such a delight to work with and helped us in every way.

This branch, Augusta West Parkway, branch manger Sandy Mimmons is a prejudice lady. I've cashed my boyfriends check several times with a basic 3rd party charge. This last time she had me drive around the building and wait for a ridiculous amount of time, just to tell me itll cost 21 dollars. She only said that after seeing my boyfriend is African American. She was rude, just as the teller was. Then Sandy Milton's CLOSED my account and I have several automatic deductions that come from this account, which they all were declined. She never told me she was closing my account. I will take this up further with corporate and I gladly will never bank with regions again.

I have been using this bank for over twenty years and absolutely love it. The staff are always friendly and know their customers by face. They are fast and always accurate when dealing with your money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to do your banking with.

Banks are usually all lumped together, especially when they are under the same name. But this branch of Regions truly shines. For many years it was the one closest to my place of work so it was a stop for me every two weeks, at the least. Most times I would simply go in, but occasionally I would use the drive through. What I enjoyed about those few minutes each time was the team working there. Rather quickly they had remembered my last name (though not the hardest to do so), they would ask what I was up to, and how my side projects were going (of which I kept had plenty). When I changed locations due to a change in jobs, one of my biggest sadnesses was no longer this group of people. They are some of the best.

I am a long time customer and I recently had a situation with a hotel and I asked Deborah for assistance. I requested that she have a conference call with the hotel to discuss the issues, but she said that the bank does not do conference calls. I left this bank and went to a different Regions location and they were more than happy to assist me. I hope this wasn't a prejudice thing...
