I took my pickup to riverside to have the back of my cab repaired. It took a bit longer than I wanted but the work and the pricing was excellent. This was the second time using them and all work exceeded my expectations.

After my truck got hit while my friend was driving it went to this place it took me good 15 just to get them believe it was my truck. Then I couldn't get all my things out for being rushed just so they can close on time.

Staff was nice and repair was quick but money was stolen from center console. Not enough to make a fuss but just letting people know don't leave any valuables in your car (even quarters).

Dishonest and can’t trust workmanship! Took my truck there for insurance work on 11/17/23 and was told they would get right on it. By 12/1/23 parts were in and no work had been done. Constantly got “promises” about dates and work that had been done from Dennis that my insurance would call me back later and say were untrue. Finally attempted to pick up the truck after Christmas and after driving for less than 2 miles it was obvious they didn’t fix the mechanical issues. Seems like they make it intentionally hard to get an update and the owner (Dennis I assume) gives updates that are untrue.

Denny and his crew did a great job fixing my pickup truck in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. As of right now I am very satisfied. Not expecting any problems with the fit and finish. Hopefully everything holds up over time. Thanks Riverfront Collison Center.

I FORGOT to do this the first time I used them, but I won't make that mistake again.Y'all, there are NOT ENOUGH GOOD THINGS TO SAY about these folks. Don't get me started on the way you folks drive in the CSRA, but I PCS'd here in 2015, retired in '18, and I've been rear-ended FOUR TIMES. I previously had Riverfront repair my '94 Ford Explorer Sport when I got slammed into, and they were able to repair it flawlessly (despite the lack of parts left in the world), and they did me a solid and painted an adjacent area I had been meaning to get around to...and never did. =) My 30-year-old mini SUV looked showroom ready, and I couldn't contain my enthusiasm! The other times I was rear-ended, I went elsewhere simply because of the whole preferred repair facility treatment certain shops get, and it made dealing with insurance a lot easier. This time, I got rear-ended--AGAIN--in our family car, a '15 Kia Sorento, by a kid whose parents had USAA. I am a reformed USAA customer, and God help me, I'll never look back. Kendrick Paint & Body, another CSRA collision center is the preferred facility for USAA, and when I took my car to them, they said they couldn't even think about touching it until August. I was hit on April 30. You can imagine my surprise, and I couldn't even pretend like that was going to happen as the back door was all but inoperable, and the bumper was smashed in. I called Riverfront FROM THE PARKING LOT, and asked Ms. Wanda what kind of turn-around I was looking at. She responded by asking me when I wanted to have it done. Talk about service! Not only did Mr. Denny, Ms. Wanda, and the rest of the team deliver in TOP FASHION, they stayed late on a Friday to help me deal with USAA, who had already tried to cancel my rental (while it was still being worked on) because I didn't want to use Kendrick, and tried to give me the run around to say the least. For reference, the adjuster on the phone admitted they had ALREADY PAID KENDRICK despite them not having my car OR an invoice for that matter! Yeah, USAA leaves more than a little to be desired. Now, Riverfront Collision Center is MY PREFERRED REPAIR FACILITY, and if you go anywhere else, may the odds be ever in your favor.Services: Painting

I was in a car wreck and did not have full coverage insurance at the time. Riverfront Collision took on my vehicle even with all the possible complications. They gave me an estimate and went to work. I am so happy I chose Riverfront Collision! They did a fantastic job and the car looks like brand new. The detailing team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Riverfront Collision for any type of issue with your vehicle.

Did great on replacing a damaged mirror on my vehicle. Called twice about a quote for another job, and after almost 2 moths I've yet to hear back.
