I love Ross however everything is always thrown all over the place. So you have to really look . I don’t know if the workers try to organize or put item in the areas they belong in.

This Ross is highly unprofessional. Not only did the have the door open like they were open but then told us to leave when only 3 minutes till open because they dnt have a cashier. Well when you open at 9 will there be one and who will cash us out so it’ll be more waiting. Just not cool.

Found everything I needed for my 2 boys to start school, the line was long but checkout was pretty speedy and there was 4 registers open.

I use to love Ross, I would go there before I go to TJMAXX, now it’s nothing in the store, 1 cashier always and a man at the door that stands close to the 1 cashier, he demands to check my bag, after he sees me checking out, I’m convinced they are watching the cashier instead of me because it makes no sense

It is never enough cashier's to cover the number of customers checking out. The shelves are very bare, especially the shoe selection. If you need my help with managing unloading, stocking, and register, just said that I'm available 4 A.M until 4P.M Monday through Saturday.

Everything was fairly organized. I decided I needed to search for my dress to my cousin's wedding the same day, practically hours before the wedding. I was able to locate a formal gown that fit and purchased for $40. I was also able to secure a cute bag And a saw an additional skirt just because all under $100. The cashier was very nice. The weird thing I would say, is when I went to the dressing room at the back of the store, it was closed and directing me to go to the front of the store. I wish I'd noticed it when I walked in, so maybe better signage would be helpful.
