My pick up time was from 4-5 pm. I waited over an hour for someone else bring me my groceries. It was only 3 items. I don't recommend the pickup.

This Sam's Club has a small gas station and the main store isn't huge either by the standards of these things. A few worthwhile items evinced themselves when I came into the store, and the self-scan checkout was easy enough. As membership clubs go, it's not the best, but it does allow one to price shop, and so I've got a few cheap things and the occasional gas stop to show for my membership.

Doctor was great but the associate Donna put wrong address on my contact lenses order! Now I have to wait 7-15 more business days. So unprofessional!!

This store Sonja Harris They said city employees can get a plus card for $60. Yet each time I go there. She's in a meeting, left early, off on Wednesday. Call and they pick the phone up without saying anything and disconnect the call. So why offer if your the only one who can approve it.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We placed a pick up order for a single item and scheduled the pick up date and time. The scheduled time came and went and it was never marked as ready for pick up. I called the store and they said they were going to need an additional 3 days to fulfill the order, it was a single item that was in stock. We waited the three days and it was marked as ready for pick up. We waited until the afternoon to provide ample time and went to pick it up. When we got to the pick up area, there were 10 cars in line. We all sat there for 45 min and not one employee came out with an order. We called the store multiple times and no one could provide us with an estimated time our order would be out. Some of the other customers started lining up at the exit of the store and knocking on the door. Still no luck. We had a prior engagement and had to leave. I woke up this morning and they've marked my item as picked up and charged me for it. I never received it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be canceling my membership and going to Costco.

I have been a customer for years but yesterday was the first time I've ever had experience that had me so upset but yesterday after buying a TV I was going to load it but I saw a employee just standing around so I asked him for help but what happened when he decided to help was a rude wisecrack He said some that was very inappropriate towards me as if I was the bottom of his shoes Remember young man one day you are going to be a older black man one day Dominique

For the life of me I don't understand why everyone paying with electronic funds isn't using the mobile app! That's the simplest way to get the most out of your shopping experience by skipping those ridiculously long lines! I use the curbside service often as well! I never have problems here except when they run out of inventory on certain items. Otherwise, it's my bulk shopping go to!

i went with my daughter forst time in many years I been. The lady at the e door wanted to see her membership card she doesnt have one she was told they don't do cards anymore. I had run to the car to get her phone while everyone else was not asked to see theirs we shopping this guy comes up says want a free knife I'm announcing in about two mins . I head over near produce my daughter need help with my grand baby she gotten Ill near by . When he hands the knives out he says was you over here I said yes I was over there even though I didn't really hear what he saying. He hands me the knife and says do you want to purchase a set. I said how much is the set he said I guess you wasnt hear for the demo.He said your not suppos to get a knife since you didn't listen. I sat the knife down and said hi can keep it. He said Ok . I would have really been interested I'm very easy to make a sale to but not from you sir ! We did the scan and pay my daughter has two cards set up one main one it checked out on the wrong card . We tried calling couldn't get them on the phone it's impossible! We went back to fight the parking spot with a crying baby I sit with for 20 mins until they fixed the issue .

Location: 5Parking: 5Cleanliness: 5Customer Service: 3I visited this Sam's location on Saturday on our way to Atlanta, because it was conveniently located just north of the I-20 interstate. I needed to pick up some supplies for my business, and I figured since they had just opened up at 0900am that I'd be guaranteed success. Well to my surprise their was 3 items I was specifically searching for, and this location didn't have any of them. When I stopped and asked a store employee about the items, their response was "oh, we haven't had them in a while ".So I'm pretty confident that I won't be returning to this Sam's location for my business supplies. Now if there is other household items that I need, and I'm in the area I might stop back in.

Quite literally the WORST gas station I have ever been to in my entire life. A horrendous layout for the gas station, nobody helping patrons with issues with their cards. Lines are wrapped around the entire parking lot with people cutting in and out. Nobody redirecting lines forming at gas pumps that are no longer functioning. I waited over 30 minutes for gas and it was an incredible waste of time. Once in line there is no chance to leave it. Please learn from other businesses such as Costco on how to run an effective and efficient gas station. I will not be visiting this location again.

The worst experience with an optometrist I have ever had. The doctor gave me a prescription for a new brand which I took a trial pair of lenses for. The lenses were unwearable for me so I called to order my original brand. They insisted that the doctor would have to change the entire prescription for this but he was never in when I called. He is in once a week or not at all. When trying to have my prescription sent to me to order elsewhere, I was threatened and told they would contact the doctor to void it entirely. They could not however, contact him to change the brand prescription. I was then hung up on. Would give 0 stars if possible. Rude, unhelpful, and an absolute waste of money.

I love Sam's Club - everything you need in one place and fair prices. This place looks like all of the other sam's locations I've ever visited. Pretty clean but very busy. My only complaint is that there are not enough cashiers and the self help registers always act up so you end up having to wait until someone can assist. Besides that I enjoy coming here to restock and buy in bulk. Great place!

We don't come often but when we do I enjoy it here. We've got a temporary membership but don't think we're going to extend.They do have a variety of items. Toys, household, bakery, produce, everything. Easy check out through the app if the lines are too long. A little snack area when you're exhausted from shopping.Check the app if you're looking for a specific in store item so you can save a drive. We've done that and knew exactly when an item we've been waiting for came back. Very helpful.

We haven't been to a Sam's club in a while. My dad is a member back home and had a friends/family 3 month free trial and gave it to us. We might have gone a little overboard but hopefully we'll be set for a while with all our bulk snacks and goodies.We only encountered three employees, one checking us in, one checking us out and one who was stocking the freezer section. The two in/out were friendly but the freezer stocker was honestly great. He was stocking these stuffed waffles and saw us eyeing them. We asked if they were good, and he was like "I don't know for sure, but MAN they look tasty" lol. We ended up saying why not and grabbing a pack.A little surprising given Covid is still a thing, but they had food tasting stations up, and today was a ribeye that was fantastic. Almost got me to buy it.Check out was simple, but if the lines are incredibly long we noticed you could check out and pay on the app instead of waiting. Pretty handy in the future!Don't be like me and forget to bring bags for your items!
